WAYDTGKU:Hoping for another rise, eating my pineapple, vits
R/R/CS: I got a nice rise today, one more and I'm in the tww. Rant - the board really riled me up yesterday, I had steam coming out of my ears.
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? (stolen from Mondays tww because I'm multi tasking) I love a bath and new pyjamas and lots of candles. I go through candles like crazy I need to try and find a wholesale place to buy them in bulk. My house looks like the inside of a church most evenings.
R/R/CS: Every bug we haven't been exposed to this winter we were exposed to this weekend. I came down with the congestion & fever, like up to 101.5 last night. Just miserable. I'm hoping this passes quickly and doesn't delay O any further. Also, we have snow! I'm so in love with the fresh snowfall look!
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? A solo beach or coffee shop trip. I love going with others, but my introvert mind recharges doing those on my own.

R/R/CS: IMO this is the most boring part of the cycle but it allows me to focus on eating healthy and exercise since my emotions are the most stable. I am least likely to binge on food or cry in the next two weeks, it's always a welcome breather!
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? We have a summer cottage, there is NOTHING like driving an hour into the woods to get to a lake that has almost no technology on it. And copious amounts of family and booze. So much fun and so perfect for unwinding.

R/R/CS: My stupid cold spiked my temp again today. If I have another high temp tomorrow, FF gives me CH. It's BS so I'll need to discard my sick temps. Aargh! I want to know when I actually O! I really hope my temps go back to normal tomorrow. Interestingly, after my 13-day LP last month (usually 9), FF now gives me 11 dpo as my testing date. Prior to the 13-day LP, it would give me 19 dpo as my test date. Hmmmm.
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? A bath. I will happily sit in the tub for hours turning into a prune and reading a book. Watching Survivor is a favorite way to relax, too
R/R/CS: Wow, what even happened yesterday?! This is seriously the best group of ladies I have ever "met," and I can't believe someone would be that cruel. I have no idea what I would do without this community. Many creepy internet hugs!

@babymish This is a great GTKY! It makes me relaxed just reading how everyone relaxes. Also, I love candles too! Good smells are just AHHH
@virginiaham Going on a beach walk by yourself sounds so stinking nice. I like to indulge in my introvert ways as well and just marinating in your own thoughts for awhile is so refreshing. Hope the sick goes away fast.
@jparli Great on the +OPK, here's hoping your O soon! Also I've heard lavender and Epsom salt baths are one of the most relaxing things ever, mmmmm
@PrettyPalomino I am so jealous of your summer cottage. I used to work at a camp in the woods and I have many fond memories driving there so I can relate.
@Paturkey Ew to your cold messing up your temps. Do you have a typical O day? I guess just waiting it out is the only way to know for sure but that's annoying. I hate not knowing.
@cjt121413 I completely agree about not having time to bump as much, but it is so helpful regardless! Your Ted gif made me LOL
@pretzel2plus1 Yeah that thread yesterday.... I've only been here since October, but I've seen many people come and go and it's great that this board still has such a strong community. Go you people who posted! I was silently rooting.
@H4aPartyof5 I am watching Grey's for the first time! On season 7 I think. It's a little addicting *ahem*
@houseofsetters I've heard those makeup tutorial channels on Youtube are amazing. Who do you watch? I am so bad at doing makeup..
@DiFazette911 Oh gosh the man flu! My husband had that a month ago and forced me to take him to stat care, where they basically told him he had a cold. There is no convincing them they aren't dying

WAYDTGKU: ohh just life. I'm really not trying that hard.
R/R/CS: I just want to mention that lately I haven't been as BSC about getting KU as this past fall. Funny enough, my husband has recently become a LOT more enthusiastic about getting KU. I just want a normal cycle that is less than 3 months! I had watery CM all weekend, My boobs are sore and I had a high temp today so here's hoping.
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? (stolen from Mondays tww because I'm multi tasking)
READING! In a cozy corner with a candle and a hot drink. MmmmMmmm.
WAYDTGKU: Nothing or maybe everything depending on my docs recommendation regarding this zika virus.
R/R/CS: AF is pretty much out so that's good. I start temping on CD 4 so when my alarm went off this morning at 3 am, I was so confused after having a break. After yesterdays trip on the crazy train with that one thread, I'm feeling so grateful for this board and the community of wonderful, supportive women here!
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? (stolen from Mondays tww because I'm multi tasking) I love a good massage. I actually have a gift card for one burning a hole in my wallet right now! On a more day to day basis, I would say a good cup of coffee, my knitting, and a good netflix/dvr binge. Nothing like some Gilmore Girls to make me forget my grown up responsibilities.

R/R/CS: I'm pretty sure I O'd on CD16, but depending on my next couple of temps, FF will only go with CD15 or CD17 - yes, I've tried millions of possible temp combinations. Timing is best but not amazing (-4, -1) if I'm right, but it's even worse if FF is right with either of the other days. Oh well, nothing to do but wait and see at this point.
My rave is that DH and I put in an offer on a new home last night! We were actually almost certain we were going to make an offer on a different home, but our agent wanted to show us a house that was not even officially listed yet before we decided, and we fell in love with it. It's on my dream street, an older home with lots of character. I can totally see our family there, it's perfect. Now we just wait to see if they accept our offer.

@MRSCORKER Really hoping for you to be able to go on the trip and still TTC! Such a scary virus though, so I would be really nervous as well. I saw the news last night that 2 pregnant girls in IL tested positive for it, breaks my heart. FX for you either way that you can enjoy the trip, you deserve it! @babymish I'm also waiting on one more high temp - hope to see you in the TWW tomorrow!
Month/Cycle: 5/6

WAYDTGKU: Pretty sure I'm past the FW now. I had another temp rise today, so just need one more before making the switch to the TWW.
R/R/CS: My DH has taken an interest in the whole science behind the temping/timing recently and I find it really cute when he asks questions.
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? (stolen from Mondays tww because I'm multi tasking) Definitely being on the beach on a towel in northern Michigan by Sleeping Bear Dunes listening to the waves and some good ole country music.
R/R/CS: We're gearing up for the big snow storm here. Strangely super excited but worried it's going to be a bust.
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? So, I'm actually not in the bath camp. I can do a 10 minute bath max before I start getting sweaty and uncomfortable. My favorite is to put on some older movie (and when I say "old", I mean 80s or 90s) such as Notting Hill or the 6 hour Pride & Prejudice and likely fall asleep on the couch.

Yikes, that's really scary! Yeah, I think I'm ok with TTA for one cycle. It sucks but this way I can go tanning (I know, I know), lose a little extra fluff before we go, and have some drinks while we're away. Who knows, maybe we'll make a cruise baby

@PrettyPalomino I resumed AF in June (DD was 14 mo and weaning) and my cycles have been irregular since. Mostly 32-37. However my last two were 27 and 30. I think I'm evening back out to my normal 30 day cycle. When I count cycle days I count resuming AF as the cd 30 and cycle day 1. But anyways I'm expecting AF Feb 14th. Same for you?

R/R/CS: Finally had a temp drop and a + OPK yesterday, which means I O'ed a week later than usual due to being sick, and now DH is sick. And we both worked 70+ hours last week, and DH is working graveyard OT this week, so I have literally only seen him for less than a half hour a day for the past four days, and we didn't spend our time together HIO. So if yesterday was O, that puts at -6 for timing. Womp womp.
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? By binge watching an entire series on Netflix with a cheap glass of wine.

R/R/CS: I have the urge to quit temping, but I don't want to regret not doing it. In the past 4 months I have been charting, I haven't seen a trend, there isn't a clear date that I O'd (that I can tell). My chart is so rocky and I don't understand why, and I feel like it's adding stress. Ahhhhhhhhhh damn TTC.
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? Yoga or doing something outside (hiking, snowboarding, kayaking). I can't relax when I'm not in motion, because that means my mind is running a million miles per second.
R/R/CS: Not TTC related, but why are the holiday Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (trees, eggs, hearts, pumpkins) so much better than the traditional ones?? I could literally eat 20 of them in one sitting. DH brought me two of the Easter egg ones home yesterday and said he hopes his sperm meets my egg! So cheesy but so cute! Plus, you better believe I ate those two Reese eggs right up!!
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? I enjoy a gentle or restorative yoga class or I just like hanging out in my PJs, watching TV and also reading a good book!

@babymish- I just went back and read that thread. Holy crap! It baffles me how people can be that insensitive. I loved how positive everyone made it, though.
@pretzel2plus1 - I'm an introvert, too. Alone time is the best for me. DH has a really hard time understanding that about me.
@DiFazette911 - I'm the same way about shaving. DH and I are starting to get ready for this month's FW. I would get my legs waxed all the time, if it wasn't so expensive...I hate shaving, but love how my legs feels after...
@MRSCORKER - Massages always make me feel better too. And Gilmore Girls gives me a break from adulting.
@sldp123 - Congrats on the new house! That is so exciting!
@samijrichards- I have an unhealthy addiction to Two Dots, too! I get a bit obsessive about it.
@jmr1515 - I love to bake, too. My students especially love it, because it means they get a treat during class.
@kirby1220- You are probably getting the snow we had from yesterday. It was pretty bad here.
Month/Cycle: 5/5

WAYDTGKU: All of the things. DH and I are probably going to start BDing EOD until FW. PNV, diet, exercise, and trying not to let my BSC out...
R/R/CS: Aunt is still in the hospital after her stroke. I went up to see her last night. She doesn't even look like the same woman. Her daughters drove into town right after she had her stroke. They are both really upset about it. I feel bad being at work today, but there's nothing I can do other than sit there and think about it. This is one of my dad's sisters, and it really sucks to watch my dad be this sad about it. They did an MRI last night and it looks like she might be completely paralyzed, and unable to speak. This stroke may have completely destroyed her quality of life. We shall see what happens.
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? I'm an introvert, so it usually involves me by myself. I love to read, crochet, knit, bake, soak in a hot bath with a glass of wine, some candles, and a good book, and I love to just binge on a good show on Netflix or Amazon. Whatever it is, I need to have piece and quiet in order to recharge.
@Sparty18 Sleeping Bear is one of my favorite places in the world! I'm from southeastern Michigan, but we head up there at least 4 times every summer to camp!
@beary67 lol - love so many things about your post. 1. Those darn holiday Reese's are sooo much better than the normal ones! 2. Way too cute that your DH did that. 3. Why is Easter candy out already?! 4. Love that I Love Lucy scene!
R/R/CS: Jumping in here again in hopes of talking with some other people who have long cycles. I am just 1 cycle off BC, that cycle was 39 days. I am on day 40 with this cycle and I just started temping 6 days ago along with using OPKs twice a day just in case I am still waiting for my O! If not, I welcome CD1 with open arms! Just started reading Taking Charge of your Fertility, and just in general trying to make peace with giving my body time to adjust! Can't wait to learn from everyone here and try to be more patient

R/R/CS: So excited - today I should get my results from the latest TSH results, at which point I will be asking my general practitioner for a referral to an endocrinologist in their network that specializes not just in Thryoid but also hormonal imbalances and PCOS (My PCOS is hormonal based, not because of ovarian cysts). My testostorone level is as high as a young man's, and I havent found any resources on that. So I'm really excited to get some answers. Sorry for the novel.

WAYDTGKU: pnvs, CM, temping, sex
Watching Survivor is a favorite way to relax, too
@virginiaham yay for fresh snow, boo to being sick. I hope you feel better soon. Sounds like a good day for blankets and movies?
@jparli yay for your positive OPK!

R/R/CS: I am so glad this board exists. I don't have time to bump as much as I used to (damn adulting), but having this support has helped me so much.
GTKY: I love a hot bath, especially with lavender Epsom salts. I'm also a sucker for mani/pedis. And peanut butter M&Ms

R/R/CS: Wow, what even happened yesterday?! This is seriously the best group of ladies I have ever "met," and I can't believe someone would be that cruel. I have no idea what I would do without this community. Many creepy internet hugs!
GTKY: a cup of tea with my Netflix and a crochet project. I'm also an introvert and need time to myself to recharge.

WAYDTGKU: PNVs, OPKs, BBT, CM, CP, trying for EOD
R/R/CS: I'm rewatching Grey's and falling in love with it all over again.
GTKY: I like to unwind by watching a favorite show and pairing it with wine if I'm at home, but what really relaxed me is going to the mountains.

@virginiaham sorry you're sick!! FX it passes soon!
@jparli Yay +OPK!!!
@PrettyPalomino I feel you on the temporary emotional stability. I'm enjoying mine while it lasts, too.

@cjt121413 yessss to hot baths.

WAYDTGKU: PNV, BBT
R/R/CS: Also thankful for a bit of emotional stability while AF is here! Even made plans with my newly KU friends before I inevitably become BSC.
GTKY: I'm in the bath taking camp too. Also, watching makeup tutorials on YouTube is very relaxing (and helpful!) for me!
CD: 8
WAYDTGKU: Getting ready to do all the sex. Time to break out the razor since I don't shave my legs in the winter unless it's sexy time.
R/R/CS: H has the man flu coming on - of course as we enter my fertile time.
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax?
(stolen from Mondays tww because I'm multi tasking)
Being on or near the water, reading, massages/facials.
Month/Cycle: 4/2
CD: 26
MmmmMmmm.
CD: 4
WAYDTGKU: Nothing or maybe everything depending on my docs recommendation regarding this zika virus.
R/R/CS: AF is pretty much out so that's good. I start temping on CD 4 so when my alarm went off this morning at 3 am, I was so confused after having a break.
After yesterdays trip on the crazy train with that one thread, I'm feeling so grateful for this board and the community of wonderful, supportive women here!
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax?
(stolen from Mondays tww because I'm multi tasking)
I love a good massage. I actually have a gift card for one burning a hole in my wallet right now! On a more day to day basis, I would say a good cup of coffee, my knitting, and a good netflix/dvr binge. Nothing like some Gilmore Girls to make me forget my grown up responsibilities.

WAYDTGKU: Temping, charting, the usual
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? Netflix and chill.

(stolen from Mondays tww because I'm multi tasking)
Definitely being on the beach on a towel in northern Michigan by Sleeping Bear Dunes listening to the waves and some good ole country music.
CD: 6
WAYDTGKU: PNV, BBT
R/R/CS: We're gearing up for the big snow storm here. Strangely super excited but worried it's going to be a bust.
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? So, I'm actually not in the bath camp. I can do a 10 minute bath max before I start getting sweaty and uncomfortable. My favorite is to put on some older movie (and when I say "old", I mean 80s or 90s) such as Notting Hill or the 6 hour Pride & Prejudice and likely fall asleep on the couch.

WAYDTGKU: Temping, OPKs, CM...But no sex. So...

WAYDTGKU: temping, OPKs, all the sex, vitamins and herbs, more sex
R/R/CS: I have the urge to quit temping, but I don't want to regret not doing it. In the past 4 months I have been charting, I haven't seen a trend, there isn't a clear date that I O'd (that I can tell). My chart is so rocky and I don't understand why, and I feel like it's adding stress. Ahhhhhhhhhh damn TTC.
GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? Yoga or doing something outside (hiking, snowboarding, kayaking). I can't relax when I'm not in motion, because that means my mind is running a million miles per second.

DH brought me two of the Easter egg ones home yesterday and said he hopes his sperm meets my egg! So cheesy but so cute! Plus, you better believe I ate those two Reese eggs right up!!

GTKY: What is your favourite way to relax? Watching netflix w/wine.
@virginiaham - I hope you feel better soon!
@PrettyPalomino - Same here! I'm using the time in between AF and my FW to get back to eating healthier and exercising.
@Paturkey - I hope you feel better!
@cjt121413 - Peanut Butter M&Ms are one of the few sweets I really enjoy. Yum!
@jparli - Yay on you +OPK! FX for you!
@samijrichards - I have an unhealthy addiction to Two Dots, too! I get a bit obsessive about it.
@jmr1515 - I love to bake, too. My students especially love it, because it means they get a treat during class.
@kirby1220 - You are probably getting the snow we had from yesterday.

Just started reading Taking Charge of your Fertility, and just in general trying to make peace with giving my body time to adjust! Can't wait to learn from everyone here and try to be more patient
