What did the tech say? If the professional, trained technician couldn't tell you (when they had all the potential angles available to them) then how do you expect a group of untrained internet strangers to tell with 2 poor pictures? It just doesn't make sense.
I wasn't aware that either of my ultrasound pictures were poor quality. I wasn't posting for trained individuals to GUESS the gender by the two pictures posted. It was for fun and guesses which I stated by the topic of the post. My tech had guesses just as I'm sure a lot do at that point in my pregnancy.
you should spend some time lurking the boards. if you had, you would know that an overwhelming majority of the forum don't find guessing the sex of a baby fun. it's fun for you, but not for anyone else.
also, 13 weeks is really early to be guessing the sex.

Poor quality as in theres no way too tell from a profile shot if you're having a boy or girl. Also, its not really fun for anyone but you to guess the sex of your baby because we don't know you and chances are we'll never know if our coin flip guess was right or wrong. Family and friends are great for things like this, they have an interest in how your baby will pee and have the benefit of knowing they'll find out at some point whether they were right.
There are a few forums that are solely devoted to determining the sex of your baby. I suggest looking into one of them if you genuinely want to play this game.
There is so much fun going on here, I'm going to spend all my fun coupons on this thread!! It's a boy! Definitely a T-Rex boy!! I can practically hear him roaring at me!! Oh wait, never mind. I just saw the second picture... Yup, pp was right it's a gummy bear. A girl gummy bear. Probably a green gummy bear. I don't like green gummy bears. I totally want a bag of gummy bears now.

Boy!! No, girl!! No, boy!!! Oh man, I wish I could do this all day!
What did the tech say? Did she say it's too early to tell? Because it's too early to tell and no one here buys into any of the many debunked "theories" and old wives tales.
Clearly, everyone's pregnancy hormones are full force. Take a breather. There is no reason for the rude comments. Good luck to you all!
No. This isn't "pregnancy hormones" this is the equivalent of walking up to a group of strangers, shoving a picture of their child's genitals in their faces and demanding that it would be "super fun" for everyone to guess what they're looking at. Strangers dgaf about how your child pees. You know who does? Your friends and family.
Actually because everyone that has posted has been rude is why I said hormonal. I've never in my life been on such a site where everyone has nothing but rude smartass remarks. I assume no one has ever taught you all that if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. A simple "too early but congrats on baby" would have been a smart choice!
I don't recall shoving a picture in anyone's face demanding anything. If you don't want to look, click back and keep scrolling. You don't have anything nice to say, click back and keep scrolling. Nothing has been demanded or shoved! Take your rude comments some place else.

OP: guess my baby's sex. It's fun! Everyone else: No. We can't tell you and it's definitely not fun. OP: You're all rude, hormonal smartasses! Everyone else: sigh.

My fiance's dad always said, "Better a smart ass than a dumb shit."
Maybe you would get a congrats on an intro thread in your own bmb instead of being upset that we don't want to play and if you don't like the tone of the bump then leave! No one is forcing you to stay...
I was so excited once I saw this thread title. I don't know if it's just me, but this definitely makes my Monday better. How have people not lurked to know these are a bad idea.

I don't know but it's almost always someone's first comment. This post was her 3rd comment.
This is a community, participate in it and you will know what others consider fun (as well as what they don't). Wanting to use a community as your own personal Google or posting only to get attention is considered rude by many.

If you do a proper proposal, you might have a chance with it.

But seriously, I see a kitten. I mean who doesn't love kittens? This is what you can expect in a few weeks.
