Finally got my crib I've been waiting forever for! I made the crib skirt and my aunt made the quilt! Just need to hang the mobile, and put everything up on the walls.
@peytonpedro I am ordering a grey ottoman just like your pink one. What size is yours? They have small, medium and large. I wasn't sure which size to get.
@Ktjennks I think you're referring to my pink ottoman (paytonpedro reposted my photo). It's approx 50cm wide x 35cm high. Mine is from a shop called Adairs.. Only had the one size. Hope that helps!
We didn't do too much decorating the nursery this time around, I wish I had the motivation to paint his room but with a new house and a lot of unpacking/projects it's just too much right now. We just moved DD out of this room and into a big girl room a month ago so it still doesn't feel like a nursery for a new baby just yet.
Everything is coming together! Except for my glider/ottoman which I got a confirmation I could pick up today at the store and when I got there I found out they lost the glider!! So just a minor delay but the room should be complete next week
So far, nada... Haven't had my baby shower yet, plus we are in a small apartment with no extra space. A month after the birth, we are moving to in laws so no space for nursery there either. She'll get a nook in the room. I'm a little bummed no nursery, but someday, I'll get to decorate a nursery! Once we get our own house...
Thank you ashton2190, I found it on Etsy. So many cute things on there
I couldn't find one I liked that was like than $200 so I made my own. I'm going to post pictures of it once a I put the final touches on it tonight
The bottom one looks low because of the angle. I just tied the white strings together to get an idea for length but I'll make sure it's straight when I hang it

Same over here we haven't had our baby shower yet so I'm just waiting to see what we are going to get. Plus we are in an apartment so baby is going to get 1/2 of our master room.
Finally got most of the furniture. Still waiting on the glider to come next week. I need to do a bit more decorating (hang the mirror over the dresser and frame some silhouettes I drew of our German shepherd and cat) and decide how I'm going to make a mobile. Lol
Pretty much done finally! Just have to put his name on the wall above the crib (once he's born, we are not announcing it) and get a hook to tie up the strings from the blind and we are good to go! I can't wait
Re: Let's see those nursery pictures!
We finally got the last little things done. Just waiting on the quilt from my cousin which is due any day and we are 100% done

Did post picture in the last post
DH is working on some shelving for her books but other than that, we are done.
(The boxed up pack n play and second car seat base will be moved out of her room soon but for now are tucked into the corner.)
