I stopped exercising for the last couple of weeks, and just got back to it today - tiny run/walk with the dogs, just about 1.5 miles. I wanted to run the whole way, but my lower belly started feeling really uncomfortable after about a half mile, so I gave up. Anyone else able to run comfortably (enough) still for very long? I know some women run a lot throughout pregnancy, wondering if they just deal with the discomfort or if it doesn't affect everyone.
@Pascal86I had a friend who ran up to 38 weeks and used a support belt. I think that would definitely be necessary for me. I feel a funny pressure when I start running, but after I get into it after about 2-3 minutes I feel pretty normal.
