OMG WEEMODIN! THANK YOU!!!
I just read up on this and you just answered my question! I feel this MAJOR light bulb just went on!
I'm calling my G.I. in the morning (have to check on some lab work anyway) and asking about this...
This is just one more reason I love this board!?

Re: SANDIFER SYNDROME!!!
whaaaat? a helmet? momentary PANICK! Why a helmet?
His neck muscle on his right side is shortend, and we have OT working with us on stretching it - he has a head tilt majorly. Slowly getting better...?
How to tell my boys apart
The different types of twins and triplets
Jack, Sydney and Carynne, Annaleigh, JW, Eden...forever in our hearts.
My blog * We made the national news!
He does sleep on the same side (his left side) prescribed by g.i. for his reflux...supposed to empty his tummy faster....geeze...always something. The OT thinks it was from in utero position since he was lodged in my pelvis and his neck was cranked...she thinks his neck muscle is shortned because of it.
so the helmet is to SHAPE the head? The OT looks at his head, and says the shape is getting better...only one flat spot in back (where he likes to lay his head because of the toricollis)... I can't keep up ?
ya know...a helmet would be like a cherry on top at this point right?!
gotta have some comic relief these days
i've always prided myself that in pictures of jax, for the most part, no one can see that he's connected to a backpack with food or has a cannula strapped to his face at night AND the tube coming out his belly. I'm trying to make his photos normal for him... especially being a twin who's brother has nothing like this...a helmet would be tough to overlook...
Well you do a very good job at the picture taking. They are both adorable and you would never know by looking at them together now that he has to deal with all of the added bonuses that reflux has given him:)
