When will I get my period?

Stopped taking the pill 9-27-15. I had my withdrawal bleed 10-2-15. When should I expect my period? How long did it take you ladies? Help...

It's been over 60 days - you need to call your OB. It shouldn't take this long. Good luck

Honestly, none of us here can tell you. Everyone's body is different. What happened to one person doesn't mean it will be the same for you. Since it sounds like it's been well over 60 days since you've had a period, I would talk to your doctor. There are a plethora of reasons why you haven't gotten your period -- none of which strangers on the internet can diagnose.

Yep. Call the doc. They can restart your cycle with medication.

It can take longer if you are significantly underweight, but yeah, generally the medical guideline is to seek help if you have not had your period in 60 days and are not pregnant. The "up to 6 months" thing is an (often inaccurate, very loose) estimate of how long it should take for your cycle to become regular once you stop taking certain forms of birth control.

I guess I didn't think of this being such a big thing. I thought most people would take up to six months to receive their period after the pill so I was just going to wait until then before I totally siked myself out. I was only on the pill for nine months too. Obviously we are hoping to get pregnant. This is our first time TTC so I really don't know much. Thanks for your help
