If today I had a c/p and started to bleed from it, do i count today as CD1? How do you generally start counting after bleeding from a loss?

I'm so sorry for your loss. I would count the first day of red flow (not spotting) as cd1.
ETA: So, if you got a +HPT today and started AF I would count this as cd1
