Pretty sure I am going to continue using my nipples as part of my ovulation tracking. I know I am ovulating. I do not need a temp to confirm it nor was I asking that question. Have a wonderful weekend ladies!
If we're using sensitive nipples as ovulation tracking then I must ovulate at least once a week thanks to my husband.

It all depends on how your body reacts to prpgesterone. Theoretically, progesterone is the reason for the PMS symptoms in general, so that would include what you're asking about but I agree with PP's it's not reliable. Sometimes I dont get them, sometimes I get them right around O and this month I didnt get them until 7dpo.

I get sensitive nipples right before O. It goes from light sensitivity to extreme breast pain the day before AF. Then the day she arrives it's almost completely gone.
Sometimes my boobs hurt, sometimes they don't. Sometimes my nipples feel weird, sometimes they don't. Every. Single. Month is different. The length and duration is different too, sometimes they hurt right after O, sometimes they don't start til the day I start AF (That was a particularly irritating month...)
