Had my US yesterday at 6+5! The birth center I am going to doesn't usually do an US until the 20 week anatomy scan, but since I had an early mc with my last pregnancy, they wanted to check viability. We saw everything we were supposed to see, including the HB and heard it too! 121 bpm. I was measuring one day behind but it is within the margin of error so they kept my EDD of July 29. So relieved to see our LO!

Natural miscarriage 1/16 (12+1). AMH results 0.42, 1.2; FSH 12.1, AFC 10, dx DOR. RPL testing results normal. Nurse recommended progesterone suppositories in TWW. Clomid + trigger + TI cycle August 2016 - failed. Thin lining. Femara + trigger + TI cycle December 2016 - failed. Thin lining. Short LP (8 days). Acupuncture & Chinese herbs starting January 2017, lengthened LP to 10 days
@jilligan14 I am still with me RE too, I have my U/S on Tuesday at 6w2d. I'm super nervous! I had a BO last time I had a positive pregnancy test. I hope we both have great things to report!

I had my second ultrasound today at 5w5d. To my doctor's surprise, we are only having one baby! We got to see the heartbeat but didn't get to hear it. Heartbeat was 114 and baby measured 2.3mm. My doctor said everything is looking great so far and seeing the heartbeat was a big milestone. We're just so excited, and seeing the heart flickering was amazing and surreal! We go back again next Thursday at 6w5d and will hopefully be able to hear the heartbeat! Attached is a picture of my little sweet pea!
Unexplained with (controlled) hypothyroidism and suspected ovulatory dysfunction (but, I do ovulate on my own)

6/15 HSG - clear tubes & normal uterus; great PCT test results
TI - 100 mg Clomid + prometrium (AM & PM) + vaginal estrace (AM & PM) 6-7/15 (monitored) --> no additional response and thinned lining - BFN
TI - Injectables (follistim + Gonal-F, Ganirelix, & 1/2 dose Pregnyl) + prometrium (AM & PM) 9/15 --> 3-7 mature follicles (3 definites and 4+ that could have matured due to trigger) @ O -->BFN + 5 large cysts

I had my first u/s today and just saw the gestational sack and yolk sack, both measured good sizes. No heartbeat or fetal pole yet! But the doctor said everything looks good and we are going back for another one next Wednesday and we should definitely see it then.
This week has been an emotional roller coaster to say the least! I've had two ultra sounds, one Monday because I started bleeding, not spotting, real blood flow, I was 5 wk3 days. Sac was there, hcglevels came back good, so she said to watch and if it became more or I was in pain, to call. Well Tuesday and Wednesday, I was good, only tiny spots. So I go to work Thursday. Well about 1200 ( tmi ahead) I started gushing blood, never have I bled so much, drenching a pad once an hour, when I stood up, I felt the blood come out and when I sat down clots/ blood came out. We were expecting the worst, as I had my 6 week u/s scheduled for this morning. After all of that I really thought we lost it, and after such a long road getting here (IVF) and being my first BFP I was already devastated. But this morning my RE said well we have a heart beat and little baby in there!!, we were SHOCKED!! We really ready to expect the worst. She said if it wasn't for the bleeding everything else looked perfect. I have to go back Tuesday for another check up. They are also checking my levels and should have the blood wok results back this afternoon! PTL, so happy this morning.
@Cjboyle10 I am soooo happy about your news this morning. It's so scary. I'm in the same (IVF) boat as you and am 5w6d. Such an extra sensitive time for us.
Here's our little peanut at 5w4d (2 days ago, on Wednesday). We were also IVF, so we are lucky in the fact that we get those extra ultrasounds (that may be one of the only 'lucky' things about the IVF process, hehe).
I am waiting for a call back to schedule my dating u/s. I wouldnt typically get an u/s until 20w, but with nursing my periods were all over the place so we will do the dating u/s to confirm the EDD (since I will be having another homebirth and induction is obviously not possible).
@mmkt@JenniferMasters mine is also Dec 15 and I'll be 7 weeks exactly. I know my on/gyn does more ultrasounds but its only because they have an US tech in the office. That's one of the reasons I won't change drs, even though its like a 30-40 minute drive.
I had a u/s at the ER on Saturday where they measured me at 5w1d, they saw a gestational sac but couldn't see anything else. I'm going in for another one next Friday and I will be right at 7 weeks and we are just looking for a fetal pole! Fingers crossed, I haven't had anymore complications since the night of the ER but still feel like I need to walk to pins and needles. Even though after today, these symptoms remind me I'm still pregnant!
I had an ultrasound yesterday at 5w5d with my RE. We saw the yolk sack and got to see a flicker of a heartbeat! Going back again in one week to see if everything is going well. Hopefully the size and heat beat can be properly measured.
I had my first ultrasound this past Monday. I was 5 weeks and 2 days. 6 weeks today!! I go back the 21st for another ultrasound. Hoping to get some great images and hear the heartbeat next appt! Just in time for Christmas. ☺️
I had my first ultrasound last week at 4 weeks 3 days. Surprised to see 2 gestational sacs! The dr was semi concerned that the second sac isn't as round as the first. Prayers for sticky babies!!! I go back on the 29th if not sooner to check on heartbeats. Crazy! This is a side by side picture
@Knottie1431127007 I think most are transvaginal, but mine is at 7w2d and they told me to come with a full bladder, which to me says it's going to be the abdominal one (at least to start with).
Just had my first u/s this morning at 5w4d and the sac looks good - my little piece of rice is snuggled in! I have no clue how to post a pic, otherwise I would :-)
I had my first ultrasound today! By my LMP, I'm 6w5d, although I measured at 6w1d. The doctor said the fetal pole and yolk sac look good, and the heartbeat was "trucking right along". It was pretty surreal to see that...anyone else feel that way?
6w4d, though by lmp should be 10 weeks exactly. No audible heartbeat but the tech swears she saw a flicker. It ain't over 'til it's over, maybe I just have a late bloomer. Fingers crossed until follow-up in a week! Update 12/17 - I lost my baby today. After this ultrasound, I had a few days of debilitating headaches and today I've been bleeding heavily and cramping all day. Good luck and healthy bumps to everyone here, looks like I'm going back to lurker status.
Hi everyone! Had my US this past Tuesday...I was 5 weeks 5 days. Too early to detect a heart beat but the doc said the placement is great and everything looks good so far! I have another US tomorrow morning for my 6 weeks 5 days! Can't wait! Enjoy!
I had my first ultrasound at 6w2d today and we saw a yolk sac, but not much else. We're going back next week and hoping for a heartbeat. Looking at others pictures here, though, I'm worried there should be more there. I'm scared now.

I had my first ultrasound today and only saw a yolk sac, too. I'm trying not to worry. I tend to have longer cycles, and they think I may have ovulated late - meaning I might not be as far along as I originally thought. I'm scheduled for another u/s next Tuesday morning. Hopefully we will both see a heartbeat next week.
Heartbeat was 138 and we got to hear it. 7 weeks exactly today and my due date is still 8/2/16. It was so awesome to see our LO. Dr said everything looked great
We had our ultrasound yesterday at 6w4d. The Dr said everything looks great. I am so relieved. I wanted to see the heartbeat before we told people, baby's heartbeat was 118.
