Feeling okay so far today- have been super nauseous all weekend... Bleh.
I told all my girlfriends over Thanksgiving and they were all thrilled! It was so adorable to see their reactions:)
Not sure yet- something soft and gender neutral... I want to start decorating but we have some work to do first! I want to rip up & replace the floor and rip out the walls to re insulate, better get started!

How are you feeling? Generally like crap. Crazy nauseous and still have the after-effects of the flu (cough, dizzy) all while trying to keep my eyes open at work.
Rants/Raves? Not enough energy to rant or rave. Just hating being back at work after vacation. A nap sound soooo good right now.
GTKY: Do you have a nursery theme in mind? If so, what is it? We are not finding out the sex, so our nursery will be white and grey with different simple patterns.

Not the best. Nausea, headaches, heartburn are all still here, plus I've got a cold now. Hoping it doesn't get any worse because this combination is not fun.

I don't think we're going to go with an actual theme. Walls will be light grey, furniture will be white, & we will accent with either a coral/pink or a blue/teal. Might throw some gold in there if we have a girl...I've seen a lot of that on Pinterest & I'm slightly obsessed.

How are you feeling? So much better. My boobs are full but the MS is gone. I did start getting cramps last night which sucks! Hopefully they go away soon- they freak me out, normal or not!
Rants/Raves? Second trimester is approaching but I'm still nervous! I have my blood work appointment on Wednesday which means...... gender reveal! Just hoping for a healthy boy or girl! Rave- it is so exciting to see people that have been on this board for the last three months moving in to their second trimester and finding out genders. Such a cool experience to share- most of know more about each other than our families know about us.
GTKY: Do you have a nursery theme in mind? If so, what is it? I'm going to get serious about nursery and name once we know what we're working with, but I love a pirate crib theme for a boy. I'm in to patterns too so will probably wind up theme less.

How are you feeling? Tired, RLP, stretching/pulling in the abdomen area. Also what I believe to no longer be bloat, but the start of my uterus beginning to pop out above my pubic bone. Really hoping the tiredness goes away soon.
Rants/Raves? I took today off, so I am enjoying a 5 day weekend. It's Cyber Monday, so I just ordered all of our Christmas/holiday cards off Shutterfly and am getting the rest of my Christmas shopping done. I have a dr. appt this morning to get an ultrasound on my heart to make sure everything is good there - when I was younger they discovered a valve in my heart that never closed, but it never caused any problems. With the increased blood flow during pregnancy, they just want to check things out to make sure all is well.
GTKY: Do you have a nursery theme in mind? If so, what is it? Since we are not finding out the sex, we are going gender neutral. Thinking of doing a woodsy/natural theme.

How are you feeling? Okay. A little nauseous and hungry right now. Stomach is feeling especially bloated. Either I'm just getting fat or I'm getting a bump. It does feel a little hard below my belly button, but I'm not convinced it's an actual bump yet. Also, had a lot of RLP yesterday and some this morning.
Rants/Raves? Rant: It's Monday and I'm back at work, but I do get to leave early for a dentist appt (bright side?). Rave: That's hard for a Monday, haha. Just generally feeling better overall though!
GTKY: Do you have a nursery theme in mind? If so, what is it? Thinking of staying with mostly neutral colors with a little bit of pink or blue, maybe. For a theme, thinking of putting up some framed vintage-looking bird paintings/sketches from Etsy or possibly woodland critters. Keeping it simple though.

How are you feeling? Pretty good I was nauseous last night which made for a long car ride home on top of traffic because people can't drive. Once we got home and I felt better I was actually "in the mood" for the first time in a long time so DH was very happy about that!
Rants/Raves? 7 more days until our next appointment and I am so nervous but excited!!!
GTKY: Do you have a nursery theme in mind? If so, what is it? We're finding out the gender but we will probably keep the nursery pretty neutral since we plan on having more babies I love the baby animal themes so we may do that

How are you feeling?
It's the weirdest thing. I feel practically normal during the day not even any breast soreness, but when I go to bed - like I'm actually asleep my boobs KILL ME. Every time I get up to pee or move they hurt SOOO bad. I don't get it.

My sister-in-law and her fiancé are visiting this weekend. I have so much work to do this week and so much cleaning to do before they get here. Ahhh.
GTKY: Do you have a nursery theme in mind? If so, what is it?
I'm thinking Bears. The animal. My husband and I both have dark hair and I have all dark features so I assume our little bundle of joy will look the same and I associate that with a little baby Bear. So it'll be mostly Bears with other little woodland animals as the theme whether it's a boy or girl
How are you feeling? Like crap, see question above. I think I have a UTI that hurts like hell. Plus I've been pretty achy lately, which I thought didn't happen until later in pregnancy (my hips, stomach, etc.) and I'm still nauseaus.
Rants/Raves? I just want a week of no-pain no-nausea pregnancy all ready.
How are you feeling? Good. Can't complain. Basically every pregnancy symptom I've had has disappeared.
Rants/Raves? I'm sick aaaaaagain. I started coming down with something last Tuesday. It was a cold. By Friday it turned into a sinus infection. So I've been all snotty and gross and coughy since Friday night. Finally I have a doctor's appointment today. Hoping this is the last time I'm sick this pregnancy... Being overwhelmed by the coughing, sore throat, and fatigue of illness may be why I don't' feel anymore pregnancy symptoms. Maybe they're being overshadowed by the horrible sinus monster.

How are you feeling? horrible. MS check. Head cold check. Heartburn check and check.
Rants/Raves? I really miss decongestant. My husband got sick the same day as I did and he was able to drink a bottle of mucinex over the weekend and feels fine now. I relapsed from post nasal drip. I hate Netipots- but might have to suck it up today.
GTKY: Do you have a nursery theme in mind? If so, what is it? For a girl I'm thinking completely girly. Sparkles and tull every where. For a boy either super heros or sports. I'm letting my husband weigh in for a boy theme- though he will probably be over-ruled.

How are you feeling? Nausea has definitely gotten a little better, but I'm still getting occasional bouts of dizziness and sometimes it feels like my heart is racing so that kind of sucks.
Rants/Raves? Living with Inlaws for the past couple months while our house gets renovated and listed has been somewhat stressful, they're great people but my MIL doesn't really find cleaning necessary and she has 3 big dogs so I've been in overdrive just trying to keep their house livable, not to mention doing all the shopping and cooking. Can't complain too much though because their helping us financially quite a bit to buy our farm property sooo yeah
TBH I haven't thought too much about the nursery, the new baby will probably get DS's crib even though he won't be 2 yet when he/she is born. He's bed sharing with DH and I right now as the sleeping situation for us is not ideal lol

How are you feeling?
Broke my 3 day no puke streak last night. If I don't let myself gag, I don't puke but then I just feel naseous all day. Puking quells the nausea for an hour or so at least.

My 2nd appt is tomorrow and I'm so hoping they'll find the heartbeat on the Doppler.
GTKY: Do you have a nursery theme in mind? If so, what is it?
Something simple. Probably pastel purple walls for a girl, pastel green for a boy, with some sort of wall decals to match the sex. Nothing crazy.
How are you feeling? Pretty nauseous this morning. Breakfast staying down so far though. I'm having some pretty severe knee pain which is pregnancy related for the last 2 weeks which sucks. I can't walk very well right now.
Rants? Why can't they make an anti-inflammatory for pregnant women.

How are you feeling? Surprisingly ok, although a little nauseated. I was so exhausted yesterday I couldn't even deal with life, and then I had a terrible night with my toddler constantly waking up screaming bloody murder (still don't know why...upset tummy?) but it seems like mild sleep deprivation has weirdly made me more alert and less tired.
Rants/Raves? I was going to have my friend take our family picture yesterday for our Christmas cards/pregnancy announcements (she's the only one who knows I'm expecting) but I panicked and bailed. I measured 2 weeks behind at my first ultrasound (although it was a totally normal US for a 6 week pregnancy showing a good heart rate and everything, but I was at 8 weeks according to my LMP, but I had only had one period since my daughter was born, so who knows where my cycle was at, I guess...) and then at my midwife appointment last week she couldn't find a heartbeat with doppler (but she said that was ok because I was only 10 weeks and my fundus was still in my pelvis, and not to worry) so I dunno...I know everything's probably fine but I want to hear that heartbeat before I go telling everyone, I guess. Going back to the midwife next week.
GTKY: Do you have a nursery theme in mind? If so, what is it? This baby will just be moving into my daughter's room with her. I guess there's sort of an owl theme happening in there, very loosely.

Rants/Raves? Heard the heartbeat on doppler at my appointment today, but she said she heard huge movements a few times before she found the heartbeat. Confirms (along with last week's high-risk doc visit where I had a marathon 2.5 hour ultrasound) that I am not crazy for thinking I feel movement a few times the last 2 days.
GTKY: Do you have a nursery theme in mind? If so, what is it? Yes--DH mentioned that he was thinking "octopus" for a design element/theme on our long drive to Thanksgiving celebrations, and I thought that was a cool idea. I already wanted a soft green and light teal/blue-green/turquoise color scheme, so I am starting to see it form. I think this is another boy (hoping, too!), but I like to do gender-neutral rooms for babies regardless. DS's was yellow and gray.

How are you feeling? Feeling better nausea wise but awful constipation!
Rants/Raves? "centering pregnancy" appt today... Basically you meet with a group of pregnant women with due dates around the same time and a midwife. You get individual 15-20 mins appt then get back with the group to discuss pregnancy and education. I love the idea of a support group (much like these forums!) because unless you're going through it too sometimes others just don't understand! Plus I'm a FTM so meeting others with babies due around the same time I'm hoping to make some new friends
GTKY: Do you have a nursery theme in mind? If so, what is it? We're not going to find out the sex so we've decided on a gender neutral theme of "you are my sunshine" with aqua and yellow. I can incorporate coral or navy blue when the baby comes

Rants/Raves? 5lbs in one week. I gained nothing all first tri - and now that I'm mere days away from being out of it - poof! 5lbs. I'm a curvy gal - so I don't need to gain very much weight.

How are you feeling? Ugh, so sick of this trimester. I am basically living on the bathroom floor when I'm home. I work an hour out of town (flex schedule, been working from home most days) and I dread the days I have to go in. My evening sickness has gotten really bad the last week or so and I won't be home until 10pm.

GTKY: Do you have a nursery theme in mind? If so, what is it? I am not big on themes personally (although all of yours sound so cute -- esp bears, I love bears!), but I'm looking for a mid-century mod feel. Bold geometric colours, etc.
How are you feeling? Pants are getting a little tight, and I have a gnarly headache today. Other than that, pretty good.

How are you feeling? So. Very. Nauseous. I can't complain too much since I'm not throwing up, just feel so sick all the time! My first pregnancy was so easy, I think I had one day where I was nauseous. I was hoping it would be the same this time around. I guess its true, every pregnancy is different! Having multiples probably is a game changer, too!
Rants/Raves? This isn't really a rant, but I don't feel like I'm showing at all. I know that I'm only 10 weeks but with three babies and this being my second pregnancy, I thought I would have popped out a little bit by now. Just seems weird, I guess. I have my second appointment with high risk OB on Wednesday and I'm dreading it! With all the scary risks with being 40 and pregnant with multiplies, it's taken all the fun out of the ultrasounds! .
GTKY: Do you have a nursery theme in mind? If so, what is it? With my DS, we didn't do a theme, just a color scheme with navy, Kelly green, turquoise and gray. With these babies, I don't know what we'll do.
How are you feeling? Crap, crap, crap.. Back to puking up mostly everything and so tired. I just want out of the first trimester!!
Rants/Raves? I asked my husband to take our 1 year old this morning because I was exhausted and was so unwell yesterday. He said if I would do it today he would tomorrow because he just had no energy. FFS. No clue dude!

How are you feeling? Still pretty good. Daily headaches continue and insomnia is getting worse but overall better.
Rants/Raves? I had a great long weekend! I disconnected some (didn't check fb or tb more than once a day), read a Harry Potter book, ate lots of delicious food, watched football and took naps everyday. I also spent many hours in my basement cleaning and organizing. I have a small room full of family items (old heirlooms, momentos from my childhood and from my mom's, etc.) and every few months I tackle a little bit. I have now gone through every box, given items to family members who want them, and purged a TON of crap that none of us want. This weekend I finished the last few boxes and then repackaged what we're keeping and put detailed labels on every box. It looks amazing in there! It has been a really emotionally taxing experience but I feel so good having completed it finally.
GTKY: Do you have a nursery theme in mind? If so, what is it? No real theme in mind. I plan to keep it mostly neutral even though we will find out the sex before baby arrives. I will likely have white furniture and then accent with navy or yellow and have decor that is more sex-specific.

See above. And Tylenol is useless. But the Seahawks won and Pats lost yesterday so that made me happy in the midst of my head, eye and neck throbbing. Called ob this morning. Still waiting on a call back.

How are you feeling? Really annoyed at the exhaustion/starving/nausea. But in good spirits. QUESTION: I've always had issues with peeing, particularly at night. But now I literally can't tell if I have a full bladder or empty the 6+ times I go a night. In the past I could tell that my bladder was empty but had the sensation. Is this the pregnancy hormones or could it be a flare up of my overactive bladder? Do others have this?
Rants/Raves? I saw a really great psychologist today who deals with infertility issues. She was great.
GTKY: Do you have a nursery theme in mind? If so, what is it? My nursery has been a nursery for a long time now. It is the most beautiful thing ever. Yellow, with a wall of glow in the dark stars and moons in the most lovely twilight colors. Looking forward to putting a baby in it!

My left hip is really bothering me. I'm pretty sure I injured it at work from holding a door shut with it a few months back and now the pain is getting to me.... also DH is still not being very helpful or supportive. He's not thrilled (to put it nicely) about the pregnancy and makes sure I know it. Talk about stress!

Dogs. Corgis and Australian shepherds. We have both and I've collected pillows and other things with these dogs on them. I plan on using them for the nursery. Once we find out the gender I can then start thinking about a color scheme.

How are you feeling? I feel really good. I start really running out of steam in the afternoons and I have a hard time thinking of things to cook for the family that sound appetizing to me. Heartburn hit hard Saturday after mexican dip and buffalo wings (who would have thought??) but tums did the trick. All other previously experienced symptoms are very mild or nonexistent at this point. Blessed!
Rants/Raves? I have to say that I am loving my at-home fetal doppler. I have gotten really good at finding the little one and I love hearing her/his quick heart "gettin it" at my DH says.
GTKY: Do you have a nursery theme in mind? If so, what is it? We don't plan on finding out the sex so gender-neutral (I tend to gravitate toward warm beige, cream, and taupe. And probably a little rustic, too.
