We live in Michigan and got our first snow fall of about 8 inches last night. It's a beautiful winter wonderland here today. Such a difference from how it will be on July 10 our EDD! Hi I'm Whitney. Found out Friday morning that I'm pregnant with our 4th! We have 2 kiddos here with us and one angel baby. My daughter was born in November 2010, my son was born in September 2013, and I'm due 07/30/16 with this one! I'm nervous about having a miscarriage, and probably will be till 12 weeks, but I'm taking some supplements that are supposed to help, and I'm going to get some progesterone cream as well.
Hubby and I have been married 8 years. We live in Virginia but I'm originally from Texas and will always be a Texas girl at heart. I'm a birth doula and I love everything to do with babies and birth!

Hi ladies, my name is Leigh, 26 and my parter is the same age. We have a German shepherd cross and this will be our first baby, tested on 19th Nov and got two positive results! We have been quite lucky really as we were only properly trying from mid August this year! So excited but we are pretty clueless so all advice and help will be massively appreciated

We are at 7w1d with our first pregnancy, EDD 7/9/16. I'm 34 and my husband is 33 and have been married for 9 years. We've been TTC for about a year. I had actually met with my gynecologist a week before we knew to start the workup for infertility, and was due for labs on day 3 of my menstrual cycle... which was then late and on a lark I did a urine pregnancy test and was shocked by the faintly positive result. Since then we've had our confirmation lab blood draw, and the first prenatal appointment is mid-December.
We've told a handful of people (I have a friend who is an OB and she's very gracious about answering my freak-out texts), and we decided to tell our parents in person over the upcoming holidays even though we won't be past the first trimester mark. Happy hour has been a fun adventure in white lies for the past few weeks, thankfully my job provides a plausible excuse for all the ice-tea I've been ordering. We're still deciding if we want to find out the gender or have it be a surprise.
I'm a physician (not an OB) so it's hard to not get freaked out about everything I learned that could be going wrong. I still have my embryology and OB texts from med school, but I've avoided opening them yet. I just have to trust that it will all be ok. Also, I'm not sure yet how much maternity leave I'll take but it will probably be about 6 weeks. I've looked at a few threads for future working Mom's, but please point me in the direction of any that you have found to be particularly active or helpful.

Of course this was the cycle I got KTFU! So I'm not sure of my EDD yet because I wasn't really charting diligently.

I'm due July 2nd with my third child. I have a 9year old and 5 year old, both girls. I'm 8 weeks and just had an u/s, but still doesn't seem real since we haven't really told anyone. Telling our families at Thanksgiving, so hopefully that will go well! I had hyperemesis gravidium with my 2nd and already started with bad nausea around week 6 so I'm back on zofran to try to prevent it from getting severe like it did last time. Anyone else out there have this fun in their previous pregnancies? Have a great pregnancy everyone!
Hi everybody, I'm Rakel and I'm 27, husband is Chad, 30, and this will be our first. We live in sunny SoCal with our two dogs, Lou an 8-year old puggle and Luna, a 3-year old mix (guessing chihuahua, rat terrier, something..), but I'm originally from Iceland. In August I got my IUD taken out and told my OB that we weren't going to try but also not NOT going to try.. Three months later, boom! Currently 7+6 and feeling great. No crazy symptoms just tired and quite emotional (which is new this week).
Been really enjoying reading here so far and excited for the next couple months!
Hello everyone!!! I am super excited to here with all of you. After finding out this summer it would be very difficult for us to conceive naturally, DH and I decided to start IVF. The whole process was very intense but we have been blessed with out LO on our very first try. Today we went for out first ultrasound and we were able to hear a heartbeat! We are 5w 6d and out EDD is July 18th.

I am 8 weeks with baby #3, due 7/3/16.I have a two year old daughter and four year old son. We had two miscarriages this time last year so I am cautious but optimistic. I wasn't nauseous with the miscarriages and am so nauseous now so I am taking that as a good sign. Nice to meet you all.

Anyway, I'm Erin and I'm 33 years old. I live in New Orleans and I am a mental health counselor at a local university. My husband is a chef and he just turned 31 on 11/12 - the same day we got our BFP! Even better, I discovered that my EDD is 7/14 which is MY birthday! As my husband said, the best double birthday present ever!
We're keeping it quiet for now because we had a MMC last year after Christmas which was doubly devastating because we announced early and then had to explain to people that we were no longer expecting. We also had a chemical pregnancy in July so we are hoping everything goes smoothly this time around. My first doctor's appointment isn't until 12/11 (I'll be 9 weeks at that point) so I'm DYING of anticipation. ::crosses fingers::
As far as symptoms, my breasts are really sore and tender, I'm exhausted all the time, and the ever lovely constipation. I've had a few moments of queasiness but nothing too bad so far (but it's only week 6). Cravings: Panera broccoli cheddar soup, strawberry banana smoothies, and ranch dressing. Aversions: supreme pizza which is my favorite - so cruel! haha!

Oh me too. At least, probably more! I knew I was pregnant at 4 days after conception, and was driving myself insane test after test. Some days two tests per day! I got my bloods done and positive result at 3 weeks 2 days. KNEW IT ! Haha. Now I am almost 6 weeks, due July 17

Moving here from June! Thought our due date was June 30 but u/s says 7w4d July 7 dd. Finally I'm early in a birth club! My boys were born end of May and end of June, 6 and 4 years ago, and I always hated being the last one in the birth month to do everything! It obv doesn't actually matter in the slightest but when you are a hormonal mess it just adds another kick. Lol This is our 3rd baby and we just saw the heartbeat today. So excited.

We have 2 cats We started trying in September, so we are thrilled it happened so fast! Our estimated due date is July 8th. I had some bleeding so I ended up having an emergency ultrasound so I got to see the heart beating early! We are so happy.
