Hi everyone, I'm 32, currently living in Boston, partner is 34. No children yet, but a loss in June/July which took a long time to recover from. So feeling quite anxious about starting on this rollercoaster again, but trying to take it one day at a time. Feeling scared just to rejoin a group and post actually! But here we are. EDD is July 2nd. Nice to meet everyone.
Hi everyone! Love this board. This is #1 for DH and I...estimated dd of July 18! We found out earlier than I expected, and I'm just a little bundle of anxiety!
Hey! I'm Elena, I'm 29 and my husband is 30. We've been married 6 years and TTC for 3. I was diagnosed in September with celiac disease and after cutting all the gluten out we got pregnant in October! Hell of a quick turn around!
This is our first, I'm due July 2nd. We live on the southern coast of NC, so I plan to spend next June sitting my big pregnant self in the ocean! I'm nervous and very excited, but trying to keep calm and stay positive.
Hi All! I am tentatively due with my first child July 13. Last Tuesday my period was due and I didn't feel any of the normal symptoms so I tested and it was positive! My husband and I decided to try in July so I went off BCP at the end of July and for some reason even though I knew it could happen quickly, I thought it was going to take a while. My first appointment is Dec 10 which feels like years away.
Good morning fellow July moms to be! I got my BFP on Friday but took a CB digital this morning and it really feels real now! I am 32, DH is 34 and this is our first pregnancy. We live in the Boston area. I'm a nurse and was running quite a bit over the past two years and I may be getting back into it in the next few months. Have been slacking lately!
So far not having any symptoms except for sore breasts.
DH and I are going to nyc with friends this weekend and I'm so nervous to tell them I'm pregnant. They knew we were trying and it will be so obvious that I'm not drinking or eating deli sandwiches! Any advice?
@sboston06 congrats! I've been successful now on a few outings with no one finding out by planning ahead. If you know what restaurants you're going to, call ahead, make the reservation yourself & tell them to make a note that you're pregnant but the people you're with don't know & that you'll order a cocktail but can they please serve it to you as a "mock tail". I've also brought a note with me & given it to the hostess/bartender/waiter when my company wasn't looking.?This has worked for me at martini bars (just drinking juice in a martini glass) as well as bars (order a vodka club soda & they just bring me club soda in a cocktail glass). No one was any wiser! I feel so sneaky!!! Last night I tricked all of my sisters & cousins at our martini outing . As for deli meat, most places that serve deli meat also have chicken cutlet or egg salad or chicken salad so just order one of those. Good luck!!
Hey hey! I'm 30 years old dh is 32 he is a 5th grade teacher and I'm an RN. I currently work as a visiting nurse for an agency as an infusion nurse and I also specialize in maternal child care, I've been doing this for just over a year and I love it! I was a labor and delivery nurse for years at a level 3 hospital which took the high risk pregnancies and the smallest/ youngest of babies, so I've got a lot of experience with preggo mommas and babies if anyone's got any questions!
Ds just turned 5 months, his birthday is June 6th and LO is due July 9th. I had a high risk pregnancy with ds where I developed a rare liver condition called intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy and Ds was born 4 weeks early. He's a big healthy boy now and the biggest joy in my life! Im really happy to be pregnant again and very excited to have lo's so close together! Hoping this pregnancy will be a little easier than last though!
I love snark but no meanies! Sometimes on these boards ppl get real rude and nasty, so let's all be nice to eachother over the next 9 months!!! ❤️
Hi, I did a quick separate intro before this thread happened, so I'm jumping on the bandwagon and doing another.
I'm Jen, I'm 26 and I married my 41 year old H in September. We started trying right away but we were so surprised to get our BFP in Oct. We had no idea it would happen so soon. This is our first. I have a lot of fears that we're going to mc because it couldn't possibly be this easy, right? I'm 6w1d today, halfway to relative safety so that settles my fears a bit. We have our first u/s on the 18th and I'm not so patiently waiting.
Hello all! My name is Diane and I'm 29. My husband and I have been TTC for 2 years and just when we were ready to start preliminary blood tests for infertility treatments, I decided to take a test and it was positive! EDD is July 5th and we are excited but nervous! It will be our first child and since we tried for so long, there are days when it feels too good to be true. I just want to get through the first trimester safely and then we will tell everyone!
Hello all! I got my BFP today! I will be 4 weeks tomorrow with a due date July 18th. I am 25 and DH is 24. We live in Indiana and have a DD that is 3. We have 3 blue heeler dogs all female! DH needs a son lol

First, @jennyleigh16 you took the words right out of my mouth! I am 6w1d as well, and this is also my first pregnancy and we tried for only 2 months. We are also nervous but excited it happened so fast. We will just hope for the best!!
Brief introduction: I am 31, husband is 30, we've been married for 3 years. Live in Northern CA, I run a small fermented foods business and my husband is an attorney.
I haven't experienced any symptoms yet except for being very tired, maybe that'll last? I doubt it! First appointment is December 1st, and it is very far away.
Glad to have this group to share with. Best wishes for all.
My name is Jessica. I am 25 years old and expecting my first little surprise blessing July 13. I am one of those overly anxious first time mommys and am anxiously awaiting my first ultrasound on the 25th of November. So far I am extremely exhausted and have tender boobs off and on. My head is always hurting. But other than that, so far so good

Oh! Congrats on your BFP!!! (Must go back to lurk TTGP TWW.)
We got our BFP last Wednesday, with an EDD of July 4th - this is my first. I'm nearly 6 weeks, feeling great so far, definitely noticing some changes but I'm enjoying everything except the insomnia. We're excited but nervous, just like everyone else, and I'm really looking forward to this group; I have not ONE pregnant friend, all of my friends are either just getting engaged or have older children.
I'm Jordan. I'm a mom to two boys (almost 4 and 13 months). We found out last Sunday that we are expecting number 3 around July 11th. My husband and I are currently building our dream house and it should be finished a couple months after this baby is born!

I just got a faint positive this morning at 10DPO for baby #2. I know i is early still, but thought that I would join up anyway. My due date it July 21, 2016.
My name is Jackie, I am 29 and DH is 31. We have been together 13 years, married for 3 and have one DS together. He was born 12-15-14. Our trying to conceive journey started out rocky with a chemical, and then 2 miscarriages in 2013. So I am on baby aspirin and progesterone to help keep this bean growing. Really nervous still that we may have another miscarriage, which I just do not want to happen again.
Hoping to get betas done this week for confirmation.

The Hubs is being really cautious about his enthusiasm, but I have a GREAT feeling and I'll be happy until I have a reason not to be
I'm excited to shared this experience with all of you!
Hi Elena! My hubs and I were trying for 2 years and this will be our first. I'm so excited but anxious. The doctor won't see me until November 24th and that seems so far away! I just want to get the all clear at the first appointment so I can sleep a little easier. Congrats after trying for so long! I hope to be at the beach for the last two months of pregnancy as well :-D
Hi my names Stacey this is mine and my husband's third child. We have two girls 4 and 3 years old. Both winter babies so this will be our first summer baby so excited but at the same time nervous we are due July 14 when using my LMP
Hi! I'm Heather 27 and my DH is 29. I stopped taking my BC in August and got our BFP on Monday! I took another that estimated how far along I was and it said 4-5 weeks already! This is our first and we are so excited!
@JackieV14 I'm on the same progesterone+aspirin regime after 4 losses, glad to hear that you had a rainbow after your losses! Gives me hope! Were you on the progesterone+aspirin with your son? This is the first pregnancy my OB has had me on aspirin.

I can't believe I'm posting in here!!!! Just got my BFP!!! I'm a little over 3 weeks along by the bump's estimation. I'll be a FTM and I'm so elated and excited! Told my parents and bestie so far. Happy to be here. This feels surreal I keep looking at the tests over and over again to make sure it's real. I'll prob test again in the morning or 2 days to see if there is a darker line.
Hi, I'm Beth, second time mommy from WV. I have a 16 month old son who is very excited about "Teeny", as we call our little tadpole. I am a high school history teacher, an avid reader, total nerd and outdoors enthusiast.
@JackieV14 I'm on the same progesterone+aspirin regime after 4 losses, glad to hear that you had a rainbow after your losses! Gives me hope! Were you on the progesterone+aspirin with your son? This is the first pregnancy my OB has had me on aspirin.
Yes! I was on oral progesterone supplements with him until about 15 weeks. Took aspirin the whole pregnancy. This time around I am taking suppositories. My kisses were all after there was a heartbeat, then just stopped. So, this seemed to be the trick.
My name is Brianne and I'm going to be a first time mom! I am 25, my husband is 27 and we have been married for just over a year. I found out I was pregnant on Halloween when I saw the faintest of line on the stick. The next day I took a clear blue digital test and it said PREGNANT. You can't get anymore clear than that! I am 6 weeks pregnant today and have my first ultrasound on the 23rd. It's still so shocking that I was able to get pregnant so quickly. I stopped taking my birth control at the beginning of October and BAM, baby! I have the normal worries of hoping the baby is okay and that I have a healthy pregnancy. I'm trying to distract myself and only think positive thoughts.
I am so excited to finally be able to post things. It took DAYS for thebump to make me an official member. Lol
Heyyyy all, first I wanna say I loveeeee this boardddd. Very supportive and informative specially when u r still that early in your pregnancy without many ppl in the know yet!! Lol anyway am 27 5w 6d preg. After a mc and an abortion so kinda nervous but just keepin my hopes up and enjoying the ride. Any1 else here lives in Egypt?!!
If we're all reintroducing here I'll jump in too. Hi I'm Noel. I'm 27, DH is 29. We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary in September. We tried for 2 cycles and feel a little surprised about how quickly we're expecting, especially financially we thought we'd have more time (everyone said 6 months to a year). We're thrilled about our little seamonkey though and can't wait to see its heart beat in a few short weeks! I'm a crossfit junkie and have chosen a birthing center and midwife and a hippy dippy journey. We have 2 rotten dogs and recently moved from our cool loft downtown to the burbs to raise our little family.
P.S. I love snark and gifs as long as it's all in good fun.
