I cannot believe I'm posting in a month board!!

Briefly, I've been off birth control for 6 years, and have always had irregular ovulation. We tried Clomid about three years ago without ovulation ever happening, and then took some time off as my career got a little crazy.

Fast forward to this summer---we moved cities, I started a new job, and I haven't had a period since June or July. The last pregnancy test I took was in August (before a planned weekend of partying---just to be safe!). The past three days, my breasts started feeling super painful, and I started having some mild cramping---I took a test tonight, thinking it would be negative, and it lit up FAST!

I'm freaking out---totally excited, and scared, and my husband is reacting the same way. We're not too sure, but when we looked a sexy-times we've had, we should be about 5 weeks along---due date of July 4th!

Moved to Pennsylvania to be with my boyfriend. Best decision I've made. I'm 25, today is my birthday actually. My boyfriend is 32. Just found out on Halloween that we are pregnant with our first baby. Also, my mother's due date when she was pregnant with me was Halloween. My due date with our baby is July 4th. I'm over the moon thrilled. Always wanted my chance. Congrats to all you ladies!

Yes I realize 4 tests is taking it a tad over board, but it's just too exciting.

Hi! Im Julie! I have a 3 year old daughter and now pregnant with our second. This baby is due on July 8th. I feel completely different than I did with my daughter so this I feel is going to be a whole new ball game. We have been trying for almost a year so yes we were very excited and shocked! We told our parents and siblings but not telling anyone else until Christmas

Thanks for this, I didn't really want to start my own thread.

I'm 28 and we've been married for not quite a year and a half. He's a teacher and I'm a nursing student that will be done in May, so having an EDD of July 9 or so is beyond perfect. I've never been pregnant and seeing two lines when I wasn't really expecting to, then blurting out "I'm pregnant" to my husband later was surreal. Very excited! 5 weeks down, 35 to go. I'm also glad it isn't any later since it will be just beginning to be getting crazy hot here in MN.

Hi guys. I am 27yrs old and I am currently a sahm to 3 crazy boys. My oldest is 5 and just started kindergarten, my second is 3, and my third is almost 11mo old. Baby #4 was kind of a surprise but we now that the shock has worn off, we are so excited. We also have 2 big dogs and a cat. Life is crazy hectic with such a full house but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I'll go ahead and admit I love puppies and rainbows, tend to avoid drama, and I am a huge AW so be prepared for pictures! Can't wait to get to know you all better!

Hello All! So excited to be apart of this group! DH and I have been ttc for 16 months and finally got our BFP!! I have a blocked tube and he had low t. Doctor started him on clomid which he has been on for over a month now. We are over the moon! Happy and healthy 9 months ladies!!

Hey y'all!! I'm 25 and DH is 28. We have a son who is 6 and a daughter who will be 2(in December.) I had a MC between the two so I'm freaking out. I'm currently in school and a stay at home mom. I'll take a break during the summer and possibly go back next fall. We live in the great big state of Texas! Yee haw!

I love to gif, I love pizza and I love my family. This baby was a complete surprise. After two years of DH convincing me, I was on board with just two. We are still in shock. DH was about to get fixed too. Guess this one was meant to be apart of our family.

Thanks for starting this as I did not want to start my own thread either. I'm cautiously joining the group after a chemical pregnancy and a MC earlier this year. According to FF I'm due July 7th. I've been married for 6 years and we have a totally rambunctious 2.5 year old son. I'm kind of a sporadic poster at times because my job can get very busy so there are days at a time when I don't have time to even look at TB. Hope everyone has a happy and healthy 9 months and for those who are PGAL that we all get our rainbow babies!

FYI- Posting pee sticks is a violation. There is a thread in the first trimester board called " what does a positive pregnancy test look like," and that is the place to post your sticks. Please don't make us all look at things that you have urinated on.

Hi all… I'm cautiously introducing myself. I don't have a DD yet and I am pretty nervous about this BFP. Will update with DD after my first ultrasound next Friday. Unfortunately, I've lost four in a row. We are still waiting for our rainbow baby and this would be our first. I love snark, science and appreciate some blunt honesty. Oh, I also love a great gif party.

Hey! Just got my BFP a couple days ago, estimated at about 5 weeks along, have a Dr's appointment next week to confirm everything. This is my first pregnancy and we're very excited. DH is 27 and I'm 26 and I'm a teacher. We've been together for 8 years and married for almost one. Very excited but with a touch of anxious of course! Can't wait to get to know everyone over the next few months!

Hi all! I technically intro'd a ways back but I like that this is all in one place! I'm 23, DH is 24, we've been married 2.5 years but together for 8. First got pregnant a month after we got married, first loss in September 2013 at 9wks, found mmc at 11wks and had D&C. Have had 3 more losses since then. No known cause...all testing has come back normal except low progesterone in last two pregnancies. So, hoping for a rainbow!

Hi! I did an intro thread yesterday but I agree they are kind of annoying - so thanks for doing this!

I'll just do a little summary of my original intro. I'm 28, DH is 27. We've been married for 3 years and have a DD who will be 2 in January. She's hilarious and adorable and so smart, and has really been a breeze to parent, so I'm a little nervous that number 2 won't be so easy! I had a difficult pregnancy and delivery so I'm also nervous about a repeat of that, but I know pregnancies can be different so I'm hopeful that I'll have a better experience this time around.

Hello, all. I'm 27 and my husband is, too. We've been married for 3 years. This is my first pregnancy and I'm so hoping and praying that all goes well! I feel like I hear so many stories of miscarriage that I'm nervous to get too excited about our little apple seed. (But inside, I am really excited!) We haven't told anyone yet. We both work full-time, but after the baby comes I'll be a stay at home mom... which I have a lot of feelings about. Anyone else going that route?

We just got married less than 6 months ago, He didn't expect to start trying as soon as we did but I'm really happy that we did. I work for the government and am a part time student and hope to be able to switch that to the other way around by next fall. I'm extremely nervous so I'm very to happy to have this as an outlet. We have a small zoo at my house(2 dogs,2 cats, 1 rabbit), DH has cut me off with inside animals but to me that just means the farm can grow on the outside with chickens and maybe some goats.

I will be honest and say I have a short fuse with bullies and internet ones set me off faster than a fire cracker on the forth of July.

My name is Sydney and I am 26 years old teacher at a local elementary school. DH is a 29 year old computer programmer and we tried for a year to get pregnant with no luck

Finally, we figured out DH's sperm count was lower than normal and he was put on clomid, three weeks later I found out I was pregnant

. Right now, I am in my sixth week and I had my first check up yesterday! My doctor assured me that everything looks great and my HCG levels are at 19,000. Even though I've been told that everything is fine, I'm still a little worried something could go wrong, I've had many friends that have miscarried and my sister-in-law has lost three babies over the past year. Lately, I've been trying to take it one day at a time by eating healthy and praying that I will have a successful pregnancy.

I think I might be the oldest first-time Mom in the thread so far. Ha! Age: 34 Husband's age: 33 TTC since: December 2014 MC: August 8, 2015 at 6 weeks. All the sads. BFP: November 1, 2015. YAY!!! EDD: July 8, 2016 Symptoms: Fatigue, mild cramps, more fatigue. Cravings: Japanese food, especially rice topped with furikake. Mmm, salty! GTKY: Librarian. Book nerd. Knitter. Love bullet points, infographics, and cats. Already missing cocktails. Crazy about interior design, and obsessed with decorating the nursery. Looking forward to going on this making-a-human journey with y'all, since none of my friends are pregnant now.

Hi all! I'm a 28 y.o. first-time mama. Found out I had a BFP while at my first infertility appointment for very irregular cycles. I'm guessing DH and I conceived our little blessing sometime around CD80! Needless to say, we were both not expecting that news. First ultrasound is scheduled for Monday, it can't get here fast enough. I've been crampy and nauseous, but nothing too terrible. I'm so excited for this baby, and to share the next 9 months with you gals!

She was our honeymoon souvenir, just a few months ahead of when we planned to start trying, so a pleasant surprise! I just stopped teaching after 9 years to be a SAHM. I knit and sew and starting a handmade business.

Hi! My name is Lindsey. I first found out that I was pregnant yesterday at 11dpo! We are in complete shock. We had just met with my doctor recently to discuss fertility treatment options. With a history of PCOS and Endometriosis we were riding the struggle bus.

I just went through a week of blood work testing that tested hormones every other day. All of a sudden on my second set of labs my hormones spiked. I got up immediately and took a test. With my husband by my side we were crying in disbelief! Just when you think you are in control of things God shows you who is really in control.

Our bundle is due around July 21st, 2016!

Eh.... I'll guess I'll join in and introduce myself again.

DH and I have been married for just over 6 years and had our first DS last Nov. We'll be celebrating his first bday on the 21st. I can't believe it!!! I was a music teacher for 8 years and once DS was born became a SAHM. It's wonderful at times.... but hard at other times. I wouldn't change it for anything though and can't wait for this LO to join the party
