At the deli counter is easier. Most of the pre-packaged, pre-sliced stuff has it.
I have no problem finding nitrate-free prepackaged stuff. But I live in kind of a hippie town so that may be why? I trust it a lot more than meat that's been sitting out for who knows how long, was sliced on a hopefully clean slicer, and isn't as well regulated.
It's basically November. This board discussed deli meat about 30 times before now. Try the search function.
If you have nothing nice to say, why say anything at all? No need to be rude. If you've read the other boards about deli meat why even open this one? Were all hormonal, but why be nasty to eachother?
