I've been starting to see a lot of announcement pictures on FB recently from other people we know and yesterday I took and posted our own. Lots of other people are probably doing the same so why not make a thread for them.

Thanks, the hardest part was actually finding the kid's car to borrow for the picture. Some friends had one but realized they loaned it out to someone who didn't bring it back when they went to look for it. We have a neighborhood FB page but it's open, so if we wrote on there and said what the reason was for we'd risk being spotted and then the cat would be out of the bag. We finally found one from someone else in the group but it wasn't easy because all we could say was "for a quick photoshoot."

I'm surprised the pumpkin one hasn't showed up here yet. That's what I've seen two of recently because it's fall.

We did an announcement with pumpkins when we announced our first pregnancy. I figured it was fitting to add pumpkins into the twin announcement.

These are all so cute! We are going to a Christmas tree farm and taking family pics. We will send them out in our Christmas Card and that will be our reveal!

We dont have a computer so I havent been able to add any text to our photo yet, but I have at least taken the photo. Actually a couple different photos......too many great ideas. Hopefully I can getone of them posted soon.

We have not taken ours yet. I have three ideas.
1. We bought a shirt for one of our three dogs that says I'm going to be a big brother
2. Was thinking of buying two big pumpkins and one little one and writing something cheesy on it or maybe taping the ultrasound pic to the small pumpkin
3. My first trimester ends Thanksgiving week, so was thinking of getting a chalkboard made with things we are thankful for and putting something about the baby smack dab in the middle of it and see how long it takes people to catch on lol

We are having our family pics this weekend so I got my 1 year old a big sis shirt and had this made to go with our family pic. My older two already had shirts from lo announcement last time. Our photographer is my sil and she has no idea so it will even be a Suprise when we change shirts

I made this photo into a postcard. On the white barn wood I wrote "We're expecting a little pumpkin May 2016". On the back I wrote "Trick or treat, our family is expanding by 2 feet!". I'll send these out right before Halloween.

That's the look I got when I made him stop digging in the dirt with a stick and handed him the sign to hold. The "did that just happen?" look. Followed closely by a death glare and full blown toddler melt down.

DH didn't want to do photos, but I wanted an announcement picture of some sorts. I do a lot of cross stitching so we settled on this one. Just posted it to FB this afternoon.
