WAYDTGKU: BBT, CM, CP, OPK, ED- and if I get a temp spike tomorrow I'm taking bromelain supplements for the next 5 days
R/R/CS: I got a + opk last night (finally!) and told H we were going to be HIO for the next four days. Of course he had an extra glass of scotch and came to bed two hours later than me. I stuck it out because I wanted to make the most of my fertile window, and that ass started playing the "I'm tired. I'm not in the mood" card. So frustrating! I'm not really "in the mood" either but let's play pretend and try to make this baby happen!
GTKY: what domestic task do you hate the most? I guess I need to post this in UO next week, but I do laundry like other people do yoga. I find it so relaxing and satisfying.

***This is my first month temping and my chart is all over the place, up down almost every day (temping vaginally), according to FF I have not O'd yet although CM throughout this cycle has been changing consistently with what it seems like it should be if I had O'd last week. I'm just being crazy right?? Temps are the more reliable source, right? I don't sleep well throughout the night so I didn't know if temps could have been thrown by that and/or drinking, I "normally" have 30 dayish cycles but I know that can definitely change at any time

@MEA0320 Can you attach your chart? the temps outside can definitely play a part in your body temps. I've seen it this week in my temps and that's the only variable really that has changed in my otherwise normal pattern/routine. We've turned the AC off and the other morning I was hot and my temps were high. I told DH that we needed to find a way to cool down the upstairs but not make it freezing. So he opened some windows and put a fan in one of them on the other side of the house. The next AM, my temps went back down.
@belle714 Your temps don't necessarily have to match up with your CM but in an ideal world, they should. Being that this is your first month trying to navigate all of this, I would recommend that you really just focus on one thing. Keep checking everything else and making note of it, but you may not want to put it in your chart till you are absolutely sure of what you are seeing. If you know without a doubt it was EWCM then I would document it, but I'd start with just your temps. And temps are highly affected by a number of things, to include drinking and the weather. Not the weather so much itself, but how that in turn affects your cooling/heating of your house/bedroom. I had a pretty big temp spike earlier this week and told DH that we needed to adjust the temps in the bedroom because my temps had been all over. He opened the windows in the other room and turned on an exhaust fan to help circulate the air but so we wouldn't freeze at night. The next AM my temps went back down to where they had been. Can you attach your chart??

GTKY: what domestic task do you hate the most? I hate dishes!! The must have for when we move to a different house is a dish washer so I don't have to do it all by hand
@MNturnsVA haha! No acrobatics here, either. Just regular vanilla stuff happening at our house lol. I don't have anyone to talk to IRL about TTC either... my mom really doesn't get it, so I gave up on talking to her about any details, but she knows we're trying. I hope the PT helps your knee!! I've attached my chart - I don't think it looks promising for O any time soon. :-<
R/R/CS: This first period post d&c is seriously the worst period I've ever had. I know I probably shouldn't complain because I usually have 3-4 day cycles with maybe 12 hours of what I'd all 'heavy' bleeding in all that time. But today is pretty awful. Ugh, so gross. Also? I really don't know when/if I'll ovulate this month, but it is looking like DH will be out of town for work for 3 days during my fertile week. So that's annoying.

@jolydan my cycle 2 and 3 after getting off

I might have worried and called my doctor.
@oandmplus1 EWCM is only an indicator that you
may ovulate soon not that you are ovulating right now. Also after watch The
Great Sperm Race my take away was to have sex before you are actually ovulating
so the sperm can be there to meet the egg since the egg is only viable for
12-24hrs.

@jolydan
Check with your doc if you need the peace of mind. I will say that my periods have been really light and thin for 5+ years and my docs have repeatedly assured me that it's normal and not a problem when it comes to TTC.
@oandmplus1 You could absolutely be fertile. If you're concerned, you might try using PreSeed in the AM to help the sperm along until your fertile CM shows up. However, I will say I find much more with an internal check than I do by just wiping with TP.
