Yes, I have. I find that when I'm pregnant I have to really be mindful of what I ingest of media. I get upset with the news sometimes.
Its sort of went away? I still get overly emotional sometimes if the sad story on the news involves a toddler or baby. So, It might just be The Motherhood Effect. Hugs. If it gets too bad tell your OB. They can help you with anxiety management.
This, I especially felt this during 1st Trimester, but I am only prone to anxiety and it was just heightened. Like @PrimRoseMama said, I'm still emotional when news involves a toddler, even TV shows. If it becomes overwhelming, definitely let your OB know and seek out a therapist. It may help to talk about it. Best of luck.PrimRoseMama said:mwilde523 said:Has anyone experienced really bad fear and anxiety during pregnancy? Not even pregnancy related fears. However, unfortunately bad things happen in the world and you can't always avoid hearing about it. You're going to have to accept this on your own or if your feelings become too much to handle you need to talk to your doctor.
