Good morning ladies, I have been following along for a while now, finally registered last week and am actually able to contribute now! Husband and I have been trying for 34 months now, did our first IUI in August. I went in for my BW on Friday - 13 DPIUI, when the nurse called me back with the "results" she told me that my progrsteton was still low and to double what I had been taking, and that she did not have news on wheather or not it worked. I am supposed to call back on day 35 if no AF. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of a positive or negative and confused. I am most frustrated because I don't want to keep taking the progesterone and delay my next cycle. Has this happened to anyone else? I feel like maybe the lab screwed up and did the wrong test and they do not want to say that, so they are putting me off.
Good luck to everyone this week!! And I am glad I finally joined, as most of my friends who were having troubles conceiving have left me in the dust. But I hope none of you stick around for long either!!

@vssbrm I would call back and see what is going on. They should have done the HCG check at 14 or 15 DPIUI. Have you taken any home pregnancy tests yet? You should definitely have a positive by now if you are pregnant, since you're now 16dpiui.

@AdorkablePixie - we were away this weekend for a wedding so my husband asked that I not get worked up anout it and to wait until this week to do anything - it was 4:45 on Friday when I gave in and called the office for results. I did take a hpt last night - completely knowing it was the wrong time of day - it was negative. I did not take one this morning, even though I have a lot of experience with the BFN, I had meetings this morning and did not want to risk that result making it a bad situation for all.
I'm going to test tomorrow morning, if it is a negative again, I will be stopping by the RE on my way in to work so I can chat face to face with someone. I hate the telephone.

Good Morning! Anybody else have their beta bloodwork results?
I had mine yesterday and it was a BFP!! My HCG was 69 and they said it is right where it should be for a day early. DH and I are so over the moon excited, but now the worry begins about miscarriage until we hit that beautiful 13 week mark. I had a BFP on HPT since Friday night (I am super impatient) and the lines continued to get darker everyday but we waited to confirm it with bloodwork. Tonight we tell my parents, this is their first grandchild :-D.
Prayers and sticky baby dust for all of you beautiful ladies!

Congrats to all that tested with BFPs! I unfortunately got a BFN. Idk how to feel anymore but RE does not want us to give up and to push forward! We just have to pray for the one golden embie to stick! So we're back to square one and a third try (third time's the charm, right?!)
I'm sooo angry, I talked to the nurse I normally talk to when I visit the RE. She did confirm that it appears someone in the lab or the nurse screwed up my TWW test and tested for progesterone again instead. I wish the other nurse would have been honest when I asked last Friday. I took a hpt this morning, BFN. So they told me it is safe to stop the progesterone and wait for AF. On to month 35... I was really hoping to not celebrate a 3 year anniversary of this. AF is going to be late, I have a strong feelin, so it looks like IUI #2 wont be until October.
Good luck to everyone still waiting for their news. Lots of positive thoughts!!!

@mcarmouche congratulations it so exciting however I am totally with you on the worry when I went for my actual beta they called and said my hcg was 719 I almost fell on the floor. Still have my FX for everyone still waiting on there betas. @PrayingMom2Be I'm sorry you got a BFN I too know how that feels. FX for your next cycle. @vssbrm I would be very frusterated. I greatly dislike when people can't own up to there own mistakes especially when it affects another human beings life the way this affects ours. FX for your next cycle.
Congrats to the bfp!!! I have my beta tomorrow but I couldn't resist and I tested this morning. Got a bfn. Darn it!!
We were doing TI since we had no problem getting pregnant, just staying pregnant. Well, 2 cycles of doing menopur and bravelle and we didn't end up pregnant. (of course when we are paying big $$ to help get a sticky bean, then we actually don't get pregnant?? What the heck?) The RE said that if this time doesn't work then we move on to iui. The sad part about that is that my husband is in the police academy right now and he doesn't have anytime to take off to go and do the iui until the beginning of next year. So frustrating! (Sorry for the rant!!)
Good morning ladies! My nurse called me yesterday around 1:30pm. BFP!!!! My HCG was at 400 and she said they are happy with anything over 100. I go back in tomorrow morning to check my levels again. I am so exited!
I went out to Wal Mart and bought two onsies, one says "Help! I'm crawling and I can't get up" and the other says, "My old man's tattoos are better than yours." I put them in a gift bag with the positive pregnancy test (which I took immediately after I got the call and it turned positive RIGHT AWAY) attached and gave it to DH. The smile he got on his face was priceless... "You're pregnant...?!" I tried to record it but I was also trying to be sneaky.. so I think I missed it. Now I just pray for a sticky bean and a happy and health 9 months.

Congrats to everyone with a BFP I wasn't on at all yesterday or today I'm so excited for all of you I was begining to feel bad for post mt BFP so early cause I know how it feels when you get a BFN . So without trying to make anyone feel worse then they do I will just say I'm sorry to the ladies that did get a BFN. And pray that your next cycle is a successful one! FX , PRAYERS, and sticky baby dust to each and every one of you! @mcarmouche yes both the nurses think it's multiples the Dr however won't say that. I went from 88 6dp5dt to 719 9dp5dt and 2940 12dp5dt. Also congrats to you and @AdorkablePixie and sorry if I missed someone. I am so excited for all of you.
@gkamerman78 WOW! Those are some high levels. It's either a really strong pregnancy or twins. My levels are higher than most people who have a singleton, but not as high as yours. I am hoping it's twins because that would be awesome but then again I am hoping it's not. I am a super tiny person and honestly don't know how my body could even handle twins.
