Anybody have a Beta scheduled for next week? (9/14-9/18)

Happy Tuesday Ladies! I am 1 week down, 1 week to go for my 2ww! This wait feels the longest, it was our first IUI and also our first round with medications (Femara, Menopur and Ovidrel for trigger). I am wishing this next week to go by quickly!  Anybody else same week?!

I am scheduled for my beta on 9/15! I am one week one day into my wait. It is my first IUI as well! I was on Menopur with Ovirdel trigger. What day is your beta?

So didn't know if anyone has done a hpt? I had one left from my last cycle and when I woke up at 2 am again for the 3rd night in a row I figured I'd go pee on a stick..... (cause I wouldn't rather be sleeping)lol. Well it came through with a faint positive so that is hopeful I have only looked at if 500 time to make sure if was still kinda there... I seem to be minorly obsessing. But as I lay here unable to sleep and wondering why since I've always been the girl asleep in under 2 min anywhere. I thought I'd ask what everyone else is doing during there 2ww?Anybody feeling super positive? 4 more days to beta. Keeping my FX for everybody!

@gkamerman78 I haven't POAS. I am going to wait until my beta because I don't think I can handle the disappointment. My beta is 9/15 so I am just going to wait for that. I don't really feel positive but I don't feel negative either. This was my first IUI so I don't really expect it to work. I would be surprised if it does. Congrats on your faint BFP!!

I took a hpt just to check and see if the Ovidrel is out of my system (which it is!) so that I knew if I see a BFP on Sunday/Monday it is real! 

@gkamerman78 did you take the Ovidrel shot? It may be an early positive! My husband keeps telling me he has a really good feeling about this month and he has a gut feeling that it worked. FX his intuition is right! I am not getting my hopes up but I have decided to be cautiously optimistic.

@mcarmouche this was a frozen cycle for me so there was no trigger inj of any kind. Only Estrace and PIO inj. But even on my fresh cycle last month I took 6 hpt and they were all clearly negative from the first one. So I have my FX that it's not a false positive.

@AdorkablePixie I understand my first cycle was crushing with the 6 hpt that were all negative however I found that it softened the blow when I got the call which tells me if my beta is negative then the blow will be much harder this time.

Mine is 9/14 and anytime before 10am to get results that afternoon. I am feeling excited, optimistic and really trying to stay positive! DH and I agreed to have me take a HPT this weekend just in case it's a BFN than I won't go for my BETA unless RE's office feels otherwise. But we have a good feeling about this one (call us crazy but we can even see it in the pics given to us between fresh and frozen) so we'll keep praying for that BFP and a healthy and happy pregnancy!

@PrayingMom2Be FX for you. Let us know if you go get your BFP!! The more BFPs I see others get the more hopeful I am. lol Though it sounds like you did IVF? I'm just doing IUI, so the chances aren't as good.

@PrayingMom2Be you shoud get your beta bloodwork done anyway! My friend just went through infertility and recently had  successful IVF. She told me if I don't get a BFP Sunday/Monday to not get discouraged until bloodwork is done. The reason is that the over the counter pregnancy tests need a HCG level of 14 before it can tell you positive, but if your HCG bloodwork is a 5 you are considered pregnant!! Sometime baby may implant later so your HCG may not be high enough for the hpt to read it. Don't get discouraged until bloodwork! It is so hard but that is what I keep telling myself . She has been walking me through all of these things the past few months, and so far she has been right on. My husband and I also have a really good feeling about this cycle (but we are remaining cautios) FX for you!

@AdorkablePixie so I wanted to say thank you and since I had to go to the er this am since I hurt my back yesterday I was fortunate enough to have a dr. That had also conceived through IVF and did the bw for me today although the cant do a quantitative hcg as Stat she said she would call me with the numbers when they come in. As well as I'll get my numbers on modal through my re. So I am keeping my fingers crossed for a rising hcg leval and BFPS for everyone testing soon. The stickyest baby dust to everyone!!!

@AdorkablePixie yes I am doing IVF. Had a failed fresh transfer in July so we're really praying that this is our golden embie! Prayers, FX and GL to you!

@mcarmouche thank you for the great info! I didn't realize HPTs need that high of a number for HCG levels and such a low one for BETAs. I want to POAS badly but kind of want to wait for blood work to get final results. Prayers, FX and GL to you!

@AdorkablePixie so the er doc called yesterday my hcg is 88 at 6dp5dt. Don't really know what to think of that I think it's normal? Or maybe a bit high for how early it was done. I have my actual beta on monday so then I'll have numbers to compare.

For everyone else I'm still praying for your BFP FX and sticky baby dust to all.

And for those of you who get a BFN my heart goes out to you and keep your head heart and spirits high this is a tough road and a discouraging one at times. But when you get your BFPS it will be a great relief. ..... >:D< creepy Internet hugs to all that are in need of a little extra love and support!

@gkamerman78 that's a BFP isn't it? @mcarmouche just informed me that HCG is detected at a level 5 in blood work where HPTs are at a 14. So by Monday your numbers should go up!

Just got 2 HPTs and still on the fence about testing before BETA. Idk why I feel bad about POAS!? Monday is right around the corner but the suspense is killing me and according to my schedule AF would of technically came today but no sign of her so that's great news to start for me!
Should I or shouldn't I.... HELP?!?!

@gkamerman78 and @mcarmouche I caved! Took one last night and one this morning, both BFN! Super Sad and very bummed, BETA tomorrow will probably confirm it! We'll be back to square one after this and idk how to feel anymore! I'm numbed after 2 failed tries. It's sucks that what comes so easily to some can be so difficult for others!

I'll still be praying and FX for everyone!!

@PrayingMom2Be keep your head up. Late implanters are also late positives. So there's still a chance. They could also be slow starters. However if it truly is a BFN remember third times a charm

@PrayingMom2Be I'm sorry for the BFN! That's why I am afraid to test. I really don't think I can handle seeing annegative. For some reason I feel like it would be easier to hear from my nurse.

Hi Ladies!  I'm 13dpt and have my beta on 9/17.  I tested this morning 9/14 and got a bfn.  Do you girls think I still have a chance?  We bd on 9/1 in the am then triggered that night at 9pm.  My RE told us to bd again on 9/3 in the am and pm.  This process is enough to drive a person crazy!!

I had my beta drawn this morning instead of tomorrow!! They called and switched it to today due to a scheduling error. I'm totally OK with that :-). I will find out at around 2pm how my levels look! I am going to try and keep occupied until then!

Just got my BETA done this morning as well and will get results before 3pm. Extremely nervous that this will just confirm my HPTs from the weekend or completely prove me wrong!
