My LO is 12 lbs 7 oz. he is 9.5 weeks. He wears 0-3 month clothes and size 1 diapers. We buy target brand diapers and size 1 go to 14 lbs. he was 8lbs 7 oz when born and dropped to 7 lbs 2 oz so he worn newborn for like 5-6 weeks!
My LO is on size 2 diapers and 3-6 months clothes. He is a little hungry hippo At the beginning i was getting into trouble with his pediatrician because he was gaining too much weight too fast. He still wants to eat every 2 hrs. I breastfeed and also give him formula because my milk supply is not enough to keep up with him. (He was 7 lbs 11oz at birth)
Five weeks (I should be in August but whatever) and still in all NB. She doesn't even fit into Costco NB diapers yet because apparently they even super-size their diapers. A few Gerber onesies are getting snug but everything 0-3 is HUGE on her. She's a little over 7 lbs.
@whyyesimquirky oh wow your son definetly beat mine lmao he was born at 9lbs 2oz smaller than son #1 which was 10 lbs 8 oz. So son #2 at 1 month he was 13 lbs gained a lb a week he's now 9 weeks so if he kept gaining the same he should be around 18 lbs don't know yet we have an appoinment on friday, he's on 6 to 9 month clothes. Oh and be careful with the rice cereal when you do decide to officially give it to him try oatmeal or banana it doesn't constipated them. And I'm solely breastfeeding so pediatrician isn't concerned about the weight at all which is definetly a change from son #1s pediatrician when he was a baby she kept saying he was overweight at 1 month lmao I change pediatrician that
Wow, shocking to hear how different baby's weights can be at the same age lol.
My little man is 8 and a half weeks old and still in newborn clothes and diapers. He doesn't like packing the pounds on either but is very happy, healthy and very alert! He was 7lbs 8.2 when we went to his two month app last Thursday.
We had a rough start gaining weight due to milk taking a few days to come in, weight loss in hospital, and position and watching issues breast feeding were gaining weight better but not as much as some babies.
My lo was in newborn clothes for maybe 2 weeks. He is 10 weeks old and at his check up last week he weighed 13lbs 4oz. He's in size 2 diapers and wears 3-6 months clothes.
So this was my discussion & today I have just started a little pile of newborn clothes Reign can no longer wear. He was 6# 11oz at birth (emergency c-section) lost over a pound, then took a month to get back up & exceed his birth weight. Yesterday he weighed 9 lbs!!! Exactly 2 weeks prior he weighed 7# 5oz. I go to a lactation support group on Mondays (except last Monday was a holiday) mainly for the opportunity to weigh him. He is gaining quickly now & exceeding the 4oz per week gain my doc said was expected! Yay Reign =D>
My daughter was born 6 lbs 10 oz and is now 9 lbs 11 oz. she's 2 months old and still wears mainly newborn clothes, although I can fit her in some 0-3 (thank goodness, I'm sick of rotating through the same onesies). She still technically fits in newborn diapers, but we moved her up to a size one since I stockpiled and ran out of newborns... They were getting a little small on her anyways. She's only in the 13th percentile for her size, so she's a petite little girl.
My baby boy weighed 12 lbs 7 oz at his 2 month check up. He is 10 weeks today and wearing 3 months or 0-3mo depending on the brand of clothes. We are currently in size 2 diapers but after finishing this box we will move up to 3!
My little boy is in 6-9 month clothing depending on the brand. He was 8.1 lbs at birth and is 14.5 lbs now at 9 weeks. He was 23.5 inches last we checked and is in size 2 diapers and has been for 4 weeks. He only wore NB for a few days. He is exclusively breast fed.
My daughter just turned 8 weeks old and at her 6 week checkup she was 9lbs, but she's very dainty so she still fits into her newborn diapers and clothing. Glad we're getting so much wear out of them as DS grew out of newborn at 2 weeks old. Probably switching to size 1 diapers within a week( which sucks cause I still have a full box!!) and then I'm not sure but probably within 2 weeks switching to 0-3 months, it's the width thats a problem she's just long and slender. My petite cutie patutie
My son is 9 weeks and weighs 14.2 lbs. He wears size 2 diapers and wears size 3M in clothes. He weighed 7.1 lbs at birth and is exclusively breastfeed.
My daughter is 6 weeks and weight 9lb 9oz. She is still in a combination of newborn and 0-3. I got rid of some of the smaller newborn onesies because they were harder to get over her head and I was tired of making her cry every time I tried to get her dressed. The 0-3 onesies are still too big, but it seems like they fit better every day!
Re: Still in newborn size?
