I can't wait to put my ultrasound on here but I won't be getting mine until the 8th of October when I'm almost 11 weeks. It'll be worth the wait though!
Totally true, @kimmecakes! I got one at just shy of 6 weeks because of bleeding, but there wasn't really anything to see. I mean, the heartbeat was VERY reassuring, but it certainly didn't look like much. I have my 12 week scan on Monday, the 21st. Can't wait to see the little one.
Went in today for 10wk US, but it was at an imaging center since I couldn't get into my Drs office in time (she wanted me to have a 10wk US for dating), so tech didn't offer much info. Dr is supposed to call tmrw to review results, and I'm ridiculously anxious, bc I honestly couldn't see anything except what looked like an empty sac...maybe a few times I thought I saw a white dot. Really hoping I'm just earlier than 10 weeks!!!! Hcg levels are a little high, too, and nothing good has come from me "researching" "empty gestation sac and high HCG levels". Please send positive vibes!

Hi there! Just switching to this group today after our first ultrasound! Thought we were beginning of May, but we are actually April 16th!! Which just so happens to be DH's birthday! Was so happy to see our wiggly baby and hear such a strong heartbeat! So excited to see how our little gummy bear changes in the coming months!
I can't begin to tell you how happy I am to be posting in this ultrasound thread, after everything we've been through !!! I am 11 weeks today and baby is looking perfect! Measuring 11 w 2 d, HR 163 BpM, NT 1.0 mm and swimming around like crazy!!!! This is so amazing!!!
Baby was measuring 11w6d so right on track. I drank lemonade before going in. Baby could not sit still, he/she kept flipping around and kicking and rolling. It was amazing to see that all that was happening in my belly and I can't even feel it yet.
Had my first ultrasound last night! Baby is measuring at 11 weeks and HR was 168! Baby was bouncing and wiggling arms and legs! It was amazing to get to see what is going on in there!
Here's our nugget measuring at 10 weeks, 6 days. He or she was wiggling and swimming all around when we were watching the screen. So cool!! Heartbeat of 163 BPM. Feeling very blessed!
No pics (they're $50!!!) but we had our first u/s today and everything is great! My due date was upped to March 31st so I'm 12 weeks today. It's exciting you can see so much at the 12 week u/s. I'll update with pics when I go to my "other" u/s source, my SIL is a vet and we had fun last pregnancy (we were both pregnant) doing u/s check-ins. Only the best for our little one haha
As lucky as I felt to have an early ultrasound, now I am jealous of you women who get to have these later ultrasounds where you can see the baby moving! I won't have another one until I'm at least over 13 weeks, but I may be waiting even longer for the 18 week scan!

I have to pay $3 for pics and $30 for a CD with pics and videos. But I am in Canada and our medical care (including ultrasounds) is paid by the government, in which case I don't think it is outrageous to charge for "souvenir" pics. Although I agree that $50 for pics is an abuse (I paid $3 for my pics which basically covers the cost of ink and photo paper for the ultrasound machine).

Nov siggy challenge: animals eating Thanksgiving food
I had a private scan on Thursday and she said I was 6 wk 2 but I thought I was 7wk 5, slightly upsetting because now I have to worry for another 10 days. Saw the beautiful little heartbeat so feeling a lot more reassured that my little bean will be OK, just want the 12 wk scan now and can't wait to feel him/her wriggling about
9 weeks 4 days measuring 2 days early! It's my first pregnancy and I was so shocked how much this little babe was dancing around inside. Talk about making it real!
Will upload a pic later - first u/s for baby #1 was yesterday morning (9 weeks). Baby is measuring 2.2cm, heartbeat was 176, and we could definitely see the heart fluttering and even the umbilical cord. She did a thermal view to show us blood being pumped. So cool!
