Frozen grapes. Dole's banana slices that are dipped in dark chocolate. Or in the frozen section, Diana's bananas in dark chocolate. It's half a banana dipped in dark chocolate. With some peanut butter. I like to have it with light whip cream and decaf coffee.
String cheese, cereal, granola bars, if we have mini candy bars I'm all for it! I take medication at bed so I eat a bowl of cereal and I wake up a million times a night and will have a snack or 2 I love food ❤️
Tomatoes with salt for 'something salty' and peanut butter and apples foe 'something sweet'. Veggies with Ranch for that fresh taste and veggies with Ranch for that savory test.

I've really gotten into corn. About 160 calories worth is actually pretty filling and gives me the sweetness I'm looking for.
I had corn for dinner tonight! Love corn
Obsessed w/corn.
I've been making a bunch of homemade soups & freezing them in individual containers that I'll eat when I'm snacky, in a hurry, or in place of a meal. They are super low cal & satisfying (I prefer savory over sweet). I do a broccoli/zucchini thickened with a couple potatoes, a butternut squash apple, and a sweet potato carrot ginger. Technique is the same for all the soups: sauté an onion in a bit of olive oil, add your veggies, pour in enough chicken broth to cover, summer til tender, let cool, buzz with a stick blender, season with salt & pepper. I throw in some white wine too. W/the broccoli one, I add corn off the cob after I purée the soup. They freeze really well.
I make Kale Chips when I get snacky. I LOVE salt and vinegar, as well as BBQ flavored.
Recipe please?
I second that!
At the moment I tend to go for lentil chips when I need salty and peanut butter on toast or some form of fruit like grapes or blueberries if I want something sweet. I also love cubed cheese, olives and beetroot in a bowl. So good.
