**Fit mama check in**

Would any of you be interested in doing this weekly? We did this on A13 and it really kept some of us motivated.

Weekly check in would include what we're doing to stay on track, activity for the week that you're planning to do, any fitness goals accomplished, ect. We could also share healthy recipes and progress pictures (if you're into that sort of thing).

What do you think?

  • Sign me up....I need some motivation cause none of my pre-pregnancy cloths fit and I can't go back to work naked and I can't afford new cloths because the last 4 weeks of my leave are unpaid :(
  • I'm in! 13lb to go to pre pregnancy weight plus 20lb more of IF weight from my first baby that I have never lost.

  • I've never been "fit" per se and I'm back to my pre preggo weight but not my pre fertility treatment weight. I would love to participate
  • Yep I'm in! 16lbs to pre preg to go. Finding it much more difficult to come off with second baby

  • And I've noticed pp I've been craving and consuming alot of sugar =*( so I absolutely need motivation!
  • I would, but still 2 weeks away from my pp checkup. But after that, I'm in! I had a lot of bleeding issues with my first so I'm really taking the "take it easy" thing to heart this time. I tried "light workouts" after DD1 and bled the entire 6 weeks
  • I barely have time to eat! Lol. But I am on board!
  • Great idea. I have this weird 'lose over and above pregnancy weight at birth but then steadily gain more than I gained during pregnancy' thing going on that I need to keep in check this time. Not ready to exercise yet but any motivation to eat healthy would be awesome!

  • I'm in! Just went for my first run in over a year and a half yesterday. It was great to get back at it!

    Also, I read somewhere that you shouldn't run with your baby in a stroller until after 6 months. I plan to ask the pediatrician about the accuracy of this at her two month appointment on Thursday but wanted to know if anyone of you know anything about this? I'd get a lot more running in if I could take her along!

  • Yes! I need this! I was looking at old pictures today and they made me so sad... I used to be in amazing shape. I gained about 15lbs after DH and I got married because we moved in with my grandma and she cooked huge meals every night. And I gained 45 during my pregnancy. I've lost about 30 but I really need the motivation to get back to where I used to be. I want to be a hot momma :)

  • Count me in... Motivation, support, ideas all sound wonderful. Although I've promised myself no scales until after my six week check up. ;;)
  • I'm in! I am 5 wks 3 days PP and I just "ran" my first 5k on Saturday. I am ready to not look like the marshmallow man.

    It's true. I walked 6 miles today and I'm able to take both kids in my BOB because I have the infant car seat adapter. Also, it says in the manual not to be used with infants 6 months or less. So, I won't be *running* for a while.

  • I'm in! I gained way too much during pregnancy. I'm down 35 lbs but still have more to go and I've stalled out on my weight loss the past 2 weeks or so.
  • I'm in. I just had my last binge meal and margarita with my best friend and I'm meeting with a personal trainer tomorrow! Let's do this!
