Would any of you be interested in doing this weekly? We did this on A13 and it really kept some of us motivated.
Weekly check in would include what we're doing to stay on track, activity for the week that you're planning to do, any fitness goals accomplished, ect. We could also share healthy recipes and progress pictures (if you're into that sort of thing).

I started working out at 3 weeks PP with my son and was able to see some serious results and I'm doing the same this time. I've had really amazing recoveries so my doctor approved.
Also, I read somewhere that you shouldn't run with your baby in a stroller until after 6 months. I plan to ask the pediatrician about the accuracy of this at her two month appointment on Thursday but wanted to know if anyone of you know anything about this? I'd get a lot more running in if I could take her along!
