I'm still working out 5 to 6 (rarely) days a week and I'm almost 33 weeks along and I'm 37 years old. I do 2 days of kickbox, 2 days of weights, and 1 cycling. However, I recently started stopped cycling because I would get this slightly pain in my lower right abdominal area so instead I am now on the elliptical for 45 min and weights for 20. I have slowed down and modified for some of my workouts positions because my belly is huge. I love to eat so I'm not fit looking☺ but I love working because it mentally feels great! It's my first pregnancy that I get to workout. My previous were in the back in the day when Dr didn't believe it was more harmful and my last one I had a high risk pregnancy so no exercise. So I'm enjoying working out with this one. I love my workout group support during this pregnancy.
