  I am exhausted ALL DAY but wide awake at night. I have struggled with insomnia my whole life, but don't want to take any meds for it while I'm preg

  Feel bad complaining as there are ladies with clearly worse days. Been nauseous all day so instead of doing my growing list of house work I have been binge watching episodes while on the sofa all day. In and out of sleep. Can't wait for the sick feeling to go away. Thankfully no puking yet.

  I was trying to find out how much caffeine was in a chai so I can bargain my way to one if I am dying for the taste. It's probably better not to know!
