Pickles. frosted animal crackers. Apples with peanut butter. Fruit snacks. Plain animal cracker, String cheese, Home made pumpkin oatmeal choc chip cookies, and whatever else sounds okay to eat or we happen to have around.
Can you tell I have a toddler? Lots of toddler foods are also what I eat
Peanut butter and strawberry smuckers uncrustables and apples here . PB&J and apples have really been the only two things I can tolerate consistently thus far. At least the peanut butter is a great source of protein!

I just had some nachos with cheese... but I like carrot chips with a little dressing or hummus, and I picked up some special k protein bars which are great on the go.

I try to snack on a piece of fruit or cheese in the afternoon at work, but Im not really snacky these days. Except right now when I read this thread and made myself some toast because I got hungry!
I don't know if any of you have even heard of these, but I have been obsessing over Aussie Bites. They are the perfect filling two-bite grabbable sweet carb that I don't feel too guilty about and SO DELICIOUS. If I keep going on and on do you think they'd sponsor me?
PedsIsHardcore I am in the same boat, having a hard time gaining/keeping weight. My Dr said it was fine at our appt the other day because I was eating really healthy right now (lots and lots of fruit and yogurt and stuff) but it does have me worried. I typically eat apples or watermelon or grapes as a snack. I started this week eating more. I now bring a yogurt, apple sauce, peanut butter and fluff sandwich, and a tub of apple slices in with my lunch so I will eat all of that throughout the day but I know I need more!

I stood in front of uncrustables for a good 2-3 minutes the other day then didn't get them. I think I need to get them today lol
I was just curious, why are your doctors concerned @oxsarah7ox and @Pedslshardcore? I had originally lost ten and my weight gain is on the slower side. At my visit yesterday my midwife didn't seemed concerned at all. For my weight, 10 lbs seemed like a lot to me but they've never been concerned as long as I kept myself hydrated.
Agree with @MamaFroFro, my doctor doesnt care either. She says that at 17 weeks , it's too early to care because the baby doesn't need much and only weighs a whopping 170 gms.
I was asked to gain only 20 pounds and I'm still not very hungry, especially compared to my first pregnancy. I'm not worried about it until my doc is. I'm hoping to save the majority of my weight gain for third tri.

My favorite snack right now is popcorn with old bay seasoning or nachos. I also love apples with cheese, so I'm super excited that it's almost apple season here in ny!
@MamaFroFro My dr isn't concerned I meant. Said that I was fine since I was eating healthy. I just meant it makes me nervous! But, like most of us, I think I am nervous about everything Lol.
I can't get enough apples which sucks because it's hard to find decent apples right now but thankfully fall is just around the corner. Watermelon and peanut butter toast have been good snacks or popcorn lately. Cheetos sound good now thanks to PP!
Avocados! I am eating a whole one some mornings for breakfast. So filling and full of healthy fats! (Though I am in Southern California, where they are plentiful, cheap and delicious, so maybe this isn't a good option everywhere.)
Otherwise, if you're looking to gain weight, you can add a smoothie to your diet, liquid calories almost always up weight gain and you can make them pretty healthy and delicious. You can do a peanut butter, banana and milk smoothie, for example. Or strawberry, banana, berries and spinach with OJ, etc.
I still can't eat fruits or veggies, but I found some fruit gummies I can stomach. I also like string cheese, nuts, and yogurt.
I've actually lost weight and the doctor isn't concerned as long as I'm drinking enough water. She wants me to gain 20 lbs total and I figure I have lots of time for that.
I am so going shopping and getting a lot of what you ladies have said! Apples and peanut butter, watermelon, uncrustables...the list of yummies goes on! Thank you all soo very much!
I like apples and cheddar cheese, dried fruit (especially crasins) with nuts, yogurt with granola, popcorn is also good but not as much nutritional value and I'd look for one that is "natural" or doesn't have loads of artificial flavor/colors/preservatives.
