Such a plethora of obnoxious posts lately. Let's talk about something truly important. Snacks.

Please note, this board is a place where we come for support. Gifs, photos, etc supporting the cause of the hungry pregnant lady are encouraged. There will be no feeling sorry for our husbands/SOs. They did this to us.

    I'm a chips and salsa fanatic as well! We had Mexican Friday for lunch and I devoured it knowing very well I would have heartburn. Oh yes, it came 4 hours later but it was still very worth it!

  • @VitaLuna tomatoes and mozzarella are my current obsession! Fresh basil from our garden and cherry tomatoes from a friend's...delicious!

    We were talking about muddy buddies yesterday at work. I can't make them or I'll eat the whole batch by myself!

  • Watermelon with salt. I keep getting fussed at for the salt content, but it's just sooooo good.
  • Out of nowhere, I started craving root beer floats. I make them with diet Rootbeer (made with stevia) and vanilla Greek frozen yogurt to cut the sugar and guilt. And plums! Mmmm mmmm good!

    I recently polished off a bag of salt and vinegar chips within three days. So good.
  • @VitaLuna I had those for the first time at a shower and they weren't my favorite but I couldn't stop eating them. It almost was embarrassing!

    My husband's coworker gave him some salsa that she bought and didn't like because it was too spicy. It's kinda spicy but well within my tolerance and soooo tasty. I'll be looking for it at the store when it's gone!
  • Not gonna lie, I had a hotdog this afternoon (steaming hot, of course) and it really hit the spot.

    Usually, though, I stick to Greek yogurt, crackers with cheese, or PB toast. Yum!

    Also love heirloom tomatoes, burrata and fresh basil - just leave off the balsamic... Oh! And a side of really good french bread with olive oil and Rosemary for dipping :)

    I insisted on going out for Mexican a couple weeks ago not because I wanted the food, but because I wanted the chips and salsa. I had mild heartburn going into it and I didn't even care. So delicious.

  • Panera bagels and cream cheese (store bought don't taste nearly as good). Also watermelon and grapes. Chips too but I always feel crappy afterwards

    Yum dd and I eat this a couple times a week!

    I bought some Greek yogurt but I'm afraid to try it since dairy makes me throw up. I had 3 drinks of a milk based drink the other day it was a disaster

  • Love Greek yogurt too, I eat a little before bed so I don't wake up hungry!

    Also pineapple, raspberries, apples with peanut butter, rice cakes, pickles, cheese, and pretzels. I'm hungry!

    Hands down watermelon. I ate 3/4 of a seedless tonight without even hesitating. I would have ate the entire thing but I had to share. So good!!

  • Peanut butter! On toast, with bananas, with honey, on my oatmeal, with my Greek yogurt...the list goes on. And my guilty pleasure food has definitely been nachos so far. I think I've eaten them at least 10+ times thus far in my pregnancy. With extra sour cream and guacamole, of course!
  • I've been on a banana split craze lately!!! Also, I have been enjoying pretzels with hummus!
