How long did you try to get KU? I did BBT and CM charting for two cycles, but this was actually our first cycle trying without TTA. I was shocked!

How did you tell your SO? His birthday was on Monday, so I told him I got him a late birthday present. When he opened it, it was the positive test, and the "Dad's Guide to Pregnancy for Dummies"

We have five other kids, ranging from 2.5 up to 13 in a few weeks.
I told my husband with a onesie and a card, then showed him the positive tests when he didn't quite seem to believe me, haha.
I'm due 30 April, but my (successful) pregnancies have each been longer than the last, so I expect to give birth in May; I'll probably straddle boards
This will be our fourth baybee, we have two boys and a girl...
Had DH "guess what?!" And he played dumb. We had bought pregnancy tests the day before I tested.
EDD May 1. Historically ran late with pregnancies so will probably be NOT before May 1st, but every pregnancy is different.

How did you tell your SO? When DH and I got married, the only thing he was insistent on was he wanted to wear Converse All-Stars as his wedding shoes, so I ordered him customized suede All-Stars with our wedding date embroidered on them. To tell him, I gave him a pair of baby All-Stars and the "Dude, you're going to be a Dad" book. He doesn't know that customized All-Stars are in the mail that have "Daddy" embroidered on them. It's kind of silly that our life events are commemorated by shoes but it's a fun thing to do.
What is your estimated due date? May 2nd, so I will probably straddle boards.

Me and my DH both wore personalized Converse at our wedding. So did my bridesmaids (the groomsmen wore them, but not personalized).
We definitely plan to announce on Facebook with some baby All Stars when the time comes. Love it!
Expecting Double Trouble, April 2016
I can't pinpoint any of my symptoms to pregnancy exactly. I've been thirsty, tired, and hungry a lot, but I generally feel the same way during PMS! I have had a little nausea when hungry, more than usual, I'd say.
It definitely makes it hard to 'feel' pregnant this early on. If I hadn't tested yet, would I even notice a difference? I'm not sure.

I haven't yet just found out today and he is out of town till later today so I am trying to come up with something good.

May 6th I have DD 10 days early so I could become an April mommy. But won't know till later so I'll claim May!

How did you tell your SO? I just POS today and DH has gotten home yet so I haven't told him yet. I'm thinking of going full cheese and putting a bun in our oven, then tell him there's something wrong with it so he looks inside.

Just got my BFP yesterday, giving me an estimated due date of 4/30. Checked out the April board, but most of them seemed to be a bit farther along, so here I am.
Finally got my BFP after 8 cycles/months. This will be my first child.
I told DH by dressing our cat in a little onesie that said "Player 3 has entered the game." (he's a big gamer).
Are you a first time mom? If not, how many little ones do you have? My husband has 1 from a previous relationship - so we have a daughter that is 7! But this is my first pregnancy! We're very excited!!
How did you tell your SO? I had been hoping that we had conceived but hadn't felt any different. Took a couple BFP tests and both came back negative. I was up reading 'What to expect Before you're expecting' in bed about a week later and was reading the chapter about early testing and false negatives so I turned to my DH and said I wanted to take another pregnancy test. Was really thinking it would be another negative but was just so hopeful. We got to watch the second pink line pop up together! It was like magic

How did you tell your SO? I called DH at work, I didn't think it would be fair to tell work before DH (I didn't have a choice about telling work so early because I work in operating theatres)

Are you a first time mum? I have a DD who is over a year old. We wanted them to be close in age -- admittedly I am still a little nervous about what that looks like each day -- but then again, I would probably be nervous no matter the age difference, so we are excited about this next part of our adventure.
How did you tell your SO? I waited for the results while we were brushing out teeth. So he was there from the first VERY faint line. Although I don't think he believed me until he saw a darker line days later.
What is your estimated due date? I have a long cycle, but based on my tracking, I believe May 2nd. Although I BET the doc will say April 27th. Either way, I would rather participate in the May board and join in on a fresh community...although I am sure I will lurk on the April boards from time to time.
