getting pregnant again?

Just wondering if anyone else is considering having another baby, if so how long will you wait to get pregnant again?

We are definitely considering having another little peanut...hubs is 85% on board. It's recommended to wait at least a yr between pregnancies but I think we'll shoot for two.

We're planning on going off birth control in January. DH is gone so much for work it will likely take us a while to get pregnant again and we'd like our LOs close in age!!

I originally wanted 3-4 kids. I'm 19 days pp with baby #1 and am seriously considering not having anymore kids. I'm exhausted and frustrated and I keep hearing it gets better and easier but so far that hasn't been true.

I wanted a third but after this pregnancy/LO DH and I think we're done. I think a third might cause problems in our relationship. I'm pretty overwhelmed with two and trying to include time for DH. I guess we will see.

Definitely want to have another. I'd like to try again when she is a year old. Idk if I could get as lucky with baby number 2 though. My baby girl is an angel. It's hard to believe she hardly ever cries and is just so content. Lol.

I think we are done having kids. Our baby girl is 5 weeks and we have a 7 and almost 3 year old boys. I don't know how people have them super close in age. Having a newborn and a almost 3 year old is super hard work. My 7 yr old is pretty independent but my 3 year old relies on me for basically everything still. I got my girl this time so I'm pretty content with 3 , my husband wants one more but I suffered with hyperemesis with all 3 and my daughter was the hardest one so I'm pretty set with 3 kids. It's a lot of work!!!!

We just had our third and we have a 4 year old DS and 22 month old DD. I am definitely done, my pregnancies are high risk and my older DD is a handful. I worry about being a good enough mom now, I just don't think I can handle four.

My DH kind of likes the idea of another but I just don't think I can do it.

We will definitely be having another, we just don't know when yet. As a FTM, parenting is new to me so it's tough to say when I'll feel ready to do it again, and considerations like childcare and whether or not I'll be able to quit working will factor into our decision. But eventually our little one will be a big sister!

We're planning on another, my husband and I both have 1 sibling about 4 years apart and have awesome relationships with them. So we'll probably wait until lo is about 3 to start trying.

We definitely plan on one more, possibly a third. We are waiting though. My older sister is getting married this NYE and my little sister is getting married October 2016. I don't want to be pregnant for either of their weddings so we are waiting til after next October to go off birth control. However, DH keeps asking me what I think about different baby names. I think he is ready to go.

My sister and I are 4 years apart and we are still very close. I love the idea that out little man could be a protective big brother one day. I feel like he's growing so fast and I'll miss the "baby snuggles", but definitely agree with waiting a few years! My husband keeps saying, "but you can't do better than perfection"....I think he's a little smitten with his baby boy! ;-)

We have three now- two girls and our baby boy. Our house is full so we would have to move to have another plus I'm exhausted already so my head says we are done. It makes me so sad to think I will ever be pregnant again though and I can't bear to throw out my maternity clothes so we'll have to wait and see. I thought I had decided whilst pregnant and was even planning on getting sterilised! Just goes to show you don't have a crystal ball x

If it were up to hubby we would have another one by December 2016. (Literally, that is his goal, he says it all the time). Me, I'd rather wait until this one is 2 or 3. I'd like to have potty training established at least.

ETA: We HAVE talked names for number 2. For some reason boy names are hard for us but I think we have already decided on Genevieve Elise for another girl!

We have always said we wanted two kids. I'm almost 5 weeks PP with my first. I was sitting on the couch breastfeeding him for the 4th time in 3 hours the other day and seriously thought "I'm not sure I could do this again with a second kid". I'm sure I'll forget all of it and we'll still have another kid, but we're waiting intil Owen is 2 maybe 3 before we even start trying.

I didn't think I'd want another but I get sad thinking my baby won't have a sibling and long summer days of playing in the pool like I did when I was growing up. But with the price of childcare we will have to wait til this one is 3 or 4. And I'm 32 now so I feel like the clock is ticking faster than it did before. Or louder.

We. Are. Done. Three kids are plenty. We have a 4yr old and a 2yr old. And now our boy. We're set!!! Plus the struggle of multiple children is REAL. No time for anything anymore...it's all about the kids- which is fine. But I'm ready to raise my babes and stop birthing 'em!

I have a 4 year old and baby boy #2 is a month old today planning on waiting 3 or 4 years again before having #3 I'm still hoping for the girl I'm only 22 so well see when time comes

My son is 2 and baby girl is 6weeks, we can't wait to have another!! We'll probably wait until she's a year to start trying since I'll be breastfeeding til then anyways. Gosh I love babies haha!

I thought this was it. I only ever wanted two.
But, I just don't feel like our family is complete/that there will be no more babies... I dunno, could just be the hormones...

DH is happy with whatever makes me happy, as he knows with his job, I'm the one who has to take on most of the work of running the house/ raising the children. If I left it up to him, I think we would have six lol and a minivan

Babies are definitely a lot of work, but we definitely plan on having another. Not really sure when - my husband and I are both currently doctoral students, so it would be nice to be nearly finished before trying again (maybe waiting until next fall before trying again) but we're also doing natural family planning so it may be sooner! Haha

We were using NFP as well and that is how we unexpectedly ended up with this LO - the best, most awesome surprise ever though

It's so funny that before I got pregnant with my fifth child, (surprise pregnancy)I thought for sure I was done. Now I have him and I would love to have another. But our minivan is filled to the max! This time around I feel so relaxed and my patience level is great. Maybe it's due to the fact, thinking he would be my last. I'm just soaking up every moment and I truly enjoy this special time with my newborn.
I'm soo very blessed!!!!

We are done also. One boy. One girl. I'm 36 and I dont think my body can handle another pregnancy; so we closed up shop and I got a tubal ligation at the time of my c section. So happy not to take birth control anymore!
