Feeling baby move yet?

Re: Feeling baby move yet?

  • At my scan, the doctor said my placenta is anterior, so it could be until 22-24 weeks until I really feel movement!

  • Have been feeling movement for a few weeks (18 weeks second baby) this morning I felt a kick from the outside. Super early for that but I did and it was super low compared to where I normally feel my little peanut, but it was definitely three kicks. I remember what they feel like. So beyond happy. Maybe they shouldn't have moved my due date a week ahead... :D

My little guy moves a lot when I'm laying/sitting still. I have noticed after I drink ice cold orange juice he gets a little crazy In there my DH thought I was joking until I did it before my ultrasound yesterday and the little man wouldn't stop moving. Needless to say I drink OJ a lot these days to get a good laugh

*Note to self, drink more orange juice ;)!* I drink it every morning but maybe an extra glass here or there will get my LO dancing around in there ;).

  • With my first I felt movement at 17+6 and dh felt movement exactly one week later. With this baby I have an anterior placenta so I knew I might not feel baby too early. I felt my first rolling movement at 16+4 and dh was able to feel the baby move the next day! Now everytime I feel a kick or a roll I get this stupid grin on my face! I love it!

Cold oj always got my son moving. At first I'd have to sit or lie still to feel him move.
  • FTM, I'll be 19 weeks tomorrow and I really can't tell if I have felt the little one! I ask the little bean to kick for me everyday! Hoping to have solid movement this upcoming week :)
  • 19w today and still waiting.  My Dr did tell me it could take longer for me because my placenta is on the front between baby and I.
