Team Green! Luckily both my husband and I agree on this!
Same for us!!! It's so tempting to change my mind, but I'm going to stay strong on this one.

  • I'm not a fan of gender neutral colors. I like the pinks and blues. So we'll be finding out.

  • I would love to be Team Green, but my husband wants to know. We have 4 boys so he feels he needs to prepare himself if this one happens to actually be a girl! Ha!
  • I am team green and will be surprised by the gender on the big day! We didn't know the gender for our first either and finding out he was boy on his birthday was amazing! So here's to finding out the gender in March!
  • We are team green all the way and we know it's going to drive the grandparents crazy. We have a neutral
  • We are team green all the way and we know it's going to drive the grandparents crazy. We have a neutral nursery theme (The Beatles) and tons of names saved on Nametrix.
  • I want to know ASAP! I'm a FTM and I can't wait to know, so that I can buy all the little clothes that have been haunting me for years everytime I come across a baby department. :((
  • We're going to find out the sex at ultrasound, but we're going anti gender specific. Not to any major extreme, but clothes for example were buying what we like, whether "for boys" or "for girls." Colors shouldn't be divided between humans based off what is between their legs! And when he/she gets older there will be no gender-related limitations on what they want/like either.

Hahaha I felt similarly with my daughter. Just want to say that kids form their own opinions very early on. I never pushed stereotypical girl stuff but she was drawn to it herself. She's only two and she likes what she likes... Pink, bracelets, dresses, baby dolls. I just support her interests now instead of trying to limit things because society has gender specified them. Isn't that what it should be about? Letting them make choices? Pink is not a bad thing if it makes someone happy!

Oh, I agree completely! I'm just saying I want to make sure that they know it's an option to not follow the norm. Inform them that there are no limitations, and I support them no matter what! :)

Phew! I was here thinking this girl is in for a shock when her daughter turns all princess on her! For the record my daughter chose to wear a bright orange shirt with a lion wearing sunglasses (totally gender neutral) and Nike sneakers with her four tier ruffled skirt today. Clearly no limitations
  • I hate the term team green, but we didn't find out with my daughter (honestly even when she came out I thought she was a boy for a minute because of where her umbilical cord was) and it was a fun surprise. Hubby said it was ok either way this time, part of me wants to find out and have a gender reveal party, but we may not. I just can't pick! I'm pretty sure it's another girl anyway, hubby is too even though he wants a boy.

"Option C"- begrudgingly finding out. We were Team Green with #1 and I loved waiting. This time DD is literally obsessed with having a sister and I feel like if it's a boy I'm going to really need 20 weeks to prep her lol so we're going to find out.
  • I would love to be Team Green again because I loved it with our son, but my husband brought up the very good point that we could organize and/or clear out if we knew the sex. We could also start buying clothes slowly if we knew we were having a girl, instead of scrambling for things. Our son was born at 36 weeks and we had to run out to the store when he got out of the hospital and buy stuff that would fit him because everything we had was waaay to big. As of right now, we are still on the fence, but we'll see.

  • We couldn't wait to find out with our daughter- but she had other plans. First tech said maybe a girl, then the next tech said maybe a boy... We were offered another scan to find out the sex, but decided to let it be a surprise. It was AMAZING.

This time we're Team Green from the start, especially since this is our last baby. We've decided to call the baby I do like gender specific clothes though- there isn't much here that isn't, it seems. So we will be buying a lot of boy clothes around March 1st. If Encore is a girl, we'll take them back. :)

  • I don't think I will be patient enough to wait until birth to know the sex. Having to wait until 20 weeks is already painful... hehehe...
I'm really impress with all of you who are able to wait.

Whoops, pregnancy brain and double commenting... I'm a genius.
  • We are going to find out with our whole family, we will have the tech write it down in a paper put it in an envelope. We will give the envelope to our friend who bakes cakes and she will do her magic and we will all find out together when I cut into the cake!!!
  • I will be taking the panorama test tomorrow morning. So I should know in a week or so. I thought about being team green, but if this is a girl I want to pull out all of my sons stuff wash it and sell it so that I can turn around and go to end of summer garage sales to buy girl stuff! I kNow we have some gender neutral items but not much.
  • We are team green this time! We couldn't wait to find out with our first two but baby #3 is going to be a surprise! Very excited!
