Before I was pregnant I had a really healthy diet but after week 6 I started getting really nauseous and went off all my usual food! I'm 8 weeks now and craving all fruit and carbs. Before I ate mainly protein, now chicken and veg turns my stomach!
I used to meal prep before i got pregnant spinach everyday and now the thought of spinach makes me cringe i have been craving applejuice like crazy. And im so constipated or the "big d" theres no i between!!!
Fruit and ginger ale have been helping me deal with the nausea. When I'm not feeling sick Iike quinoa salad with cucumbers, avo, basil, kale, onions and a light tangy dressing. Love hummus with pita!!! Also peanut butter filled pretzel bites from Trader Joes. Fresh veggie/fruit juice helps a lot too.

Try grapes for constipation, or a berry mix bowl. Natural laxatives.
We picked a bunch of blackberries out of our garden, so delicious; my MIL is currently making pies...even though I didn't want pies, I just wanted the berries, she insisted pies were better!
My good friend recently gave birth and had me try her milk bars from Momma Qi, local business that caters custom meals for mothers post-pardom. Omg! It was all so delicious and comforting. Check-them out. Only down fall is the company is based in Los Angeles. https://www.mammaqi.com
I felt hungry all the time until I hit about 10 weeks....so I've finally felt like my ravenous stomach has slowed. But I still have the upset tummy after I eat. Here is to hoping we pass this phase soon!!
I went through a phase of eating salty proteins, like ground turkey with soy sauce on a lettuce wrap, olives, salsa, etc. Now I can't even think about those things. Proteins make me feel nauseous. However, whole grains bread with Greek yogurt cream cheese & jelly is saving my life right now. Preparing dinner for the family is the worst! Cutting up raw meat & cooking it. ...ugh! Lol
I can't stomach anything right now. I've tried everything too. I was never this sick with my girls. Any suggestions?

Same here, everyday is a new day and it has nothing to do taste buds or smells...its all whether itll stay down. But most likely fresh fruit and some fresh vegies stay down. But im hungry all the time now im really just snacking then eating a hearty meal. Hope to get there next month with a little more food choices.
All I can eat right now are eggs, yogurt and pasta... I have a terrible taste in my mouth that makes me nauseous (although only thrown up a few times) and no matter what I eat it's always there. Gum has become my savior. I love food so much- when will I be able to enjoy it again :-/
I have been really nauseous until now and I don't love Gatorade etc - my go to electrolyte fill is lemonade made with cucumber, limes and mint. Throw a peeled cucumber and water into the blender, strain, add the fresh squeezed limes to the water, throw it back in the blender with the mint until the mint is really finely chopped and serve cold, this is delicious and is a great booster when nothing else will go down
I am having such a hard time maintaining energy. I feel constantly hungry, even after eating. But if I eat too much, I feel sick. I need some energy boosting foods that will keep me filled for longer than.......2 hours?
For me it's fattier foods. I get sick if I eat too much as well. I love lox with avocado, cream cheese or butter on toast or bagel. I think nuts are always great too or nut butters. Full fat yogurts, etc.
