    I'm not even sure when mine is, hopefully early September but my EDD is Jan 28th :) And I've been craving mc nuggets and mashed potatoes today lol

    Im 20 weeks on Sept 1st, so I might not have mine till then. I have my next midwife apt this week, so we will see.

    @TinyDancer51510 @maddisonwallace thank you both! Thank you for your experience tiny dancer. I'm sure SO other is stressed between the fires, work and classes he's doing. he doesn't want to be bad guy either, but after the talk if things don't get better I'm going to suggest counseling. I'm going to take a step back and really read this book. I read some reviews on Amazon too. I made a special trip down just to pick up this book.. It will probably be read by the end of tomorrow..lol our relationship is great but this seems to be the biggest hurdles is difference in family. I guess I need to tell myself it's ok if I don't have an amazing relationship with them and I have to set major boundaries for things to be smooth.

    I've literally been stressing all day on what to wear on my first day tomorrow. I need some maternity jeans ASAP. Dress code is casual and I was told to dress comfortable tomorrow, but I don't think my casual comfortable summer maternity clothes would be appropriate. Having a mini meltdown! Why isn't it fall yet! I have so many good outfits for fall!

    DH just spilled ALL of the homemade sauce I had simmering on the stove (probably about a gallon! no exaggeration) all over the floor. I had to get dressed again (I worked all day and changed into pjs after work) and go back to the store and buy all the stuff again. He wanted to use some sauce to help cook the meat down faster. Why you need to try to pour from a fucking stock pot rather than use a damn ladle is beyond me. "I don't know what happened! It just slipped out of my hands or something." And landed upside down on the (carpeted) kitchen floor. Fuck my night. I'm doing my best to be calm and not angry. It's not working very well. I was on the verge of hangry before this. Now it's going to be after 10 before we eat. Ugh!

    Welp, I have my first ever trip to Vegas this week and it's sans DD. I'm
    pregnant (obvi) and here is the weather report. 108? Anyone have any preggo Vegas advice? I'm thinking pool and a facial.

    I used to live there. There are some fun shopping areas if you're into that (mentionable bc it's air conditioned). If you want to walk around the strip do it at night. If you guys want to do a splurge date night, check out Stack, it's in the Mirage. Seriously some of the best food evaaaaa! There is a hot dog vendor that comes out at night on Fremont street that I've been craving.. So.. I'm pretty jealous of you! If I think of something else I'll let you know! But YES pools and spas.
    Edit to add: Fashion show mall & forum shops if you want to shop!

    Thanks @hailees we are staying at Mirage so we'll definitely check it out!
    I haven't eaten a hotdog on 14 years but I swear I almost gave in a few weeks ago at a cookout. :P It's possible that it will happen this pregnancy.

    @apinkpelican just look at the menu before you go.. It's pricey! Haha. What I remember off hand is a lollipop chicken wing and pigs in a blanket that were HEAVENLY. I would love so much to have a pregnant stack visit!

    Mine isn't until Sept. My next appointment I will be 19 weeks and they do not do them before 20. She convinced me to wait until 23w. =( she made goods points, but I want it now. =)

    I just got my first pair of maternity jeans from Gap and they are really nice and SO COMFY.  They look better on me than my regular jeans!  I'm never gonna stop wearing them even after this baby is here lol.

    @Pinkpelican ya that's HOT. I was in an outdoor wedding there last June. Nothing like being in the sun from 8am - 2pm, dress, makeup, hair. Noooot fun. At least it's a dry heat though! Just stay inside or in the pool. Exactly, what you save on wine you can spend at Stack =P~ seriously if you go you have to report back to us!

    Can you do a cardigan over the sundress?

    I wish...at my old job I could just wear the dress...but the dresses are admittedly short to wear to school, I get hot in summer and tend to wear as little as possible, hehe
