  • WTF feet. Its been so busy at work that my feet look like shreks. My hands are also so swollen that it hurts to grasp anything and if I bend them sometimes they get jammed! I'm also having this irrational fear of being at a clients home and my water breaking.

  • WTF work. It has me so stressed out that I think I am stress puking. On top of that I slept so crappy last night. My stomach and back hurt. It's going to be a long day.
  • WTF glucose testing. I get up at 5 to be at the hospital at 6 and they didn't even start the test til 7! Now I'm stuck here for 4 hours and probably going to be late for my 10am appt :((
  • @elmann1 I never had mine come out in patches. Honestly I don't even remember seeing more strands of it coming out in the shower or my brush. There is still hope ;)
  • That's sooooo good to hear!! I have terrible luck so I assumed it was definite. Thanks for the hope!!! Losing that much hair is terrifying.

I'm so sorry you are feeling work stress. I'm sending positive vibes your way, hope your day gets better.
  • Wtf rude customers and and this irrational irritation at my SO. I'm already over today
  • My cravings are getting out of control. Yesterday someone posted about a donut, so I had one. Now there's another thread talking about soda (something I generally hate) and I want one. A big one. Donuts, soda, fudge....I don't like any of these things but my inner fat kid has been in love with them the past few weeks.

I also want to give a big WTF shout-out to my DH who keeps lecturing me about my daily caffeine intake. His sleep has taken a turn for the worse because I can't sleep anymore, so he should understand that I can't fully function without coffee in the morning. Unless he's cool with me quitting my job so I can sleep all day, I need him to shut it.

Heard that! My cravings have gotten out of control lately! You said donut and Immediately need one. Last night I saw a friend snap chat a taco truck and I needed a taco super bad at 11pm. Stop it cravings I need to eat healthy!!!

Let me help you!  I am eating the most delicious cantaloupe ever for my morning snack. Juicy and sweet. Totally hitting the spot.

  • Wtf California weather. 108 degrees today? That's like 120 to a pregnant woman.

I wish I could boycott summer.

Also, I've been trying to resist posting anything about this because I generally stay away from shower threads and don't want to add another layer to cake, but my MIL wants to put on a cyber shower for me. A CYBER. SHOWER. As in via Skype. And of course I'm telling her no thanks. The whole idea, while well intentioned, is lonely and awkward to me. I'd be sitting on my couch alone watching other people present me with shit? Virtually?

If relatives really want to give us gifts for the baby, then they will ask for our mailing address or registry info and do it on their own. If no one gets us anything, it's totally cool. We don't have to throw a quasi-shower to prompt loved ones to buy baby stuff.

This made me laugh!  I agree that it sounds like she has good intentions, but that sounds like the most awkward thing ever.  Plus, put "cyber" in front of anything and it automatically sounds dirty for some reason.  </blockquote

    Exactly. Ugh.

I know she's suggesting it as a solution to us living so far away, but that's actually been working in my favor as of late. I'm 170lbs, pimply, with split ends and one decent outfit. I do not want to be seen right now. Besides, we all know how front-facing cameras make us go all funhouse mirror.

WTF dunkin donuts employee.. Just went to get coffee with the guys from work and I ordered my coffee and the girl is like "you want decaf right?" I was like no regular she's like oh you really should have decaf? ::staring at bump::...I'm like NO GIVE ME ALL THE CAFFEINE!!!
I went to brunch with a friend yesterday and the lady asked my friend if she wanted coffee and she was going to take my coffee cup away.  I was like, "I'd like some coffee too, please!!!!!"

My WTF is to my feet.  While they aren't very swollen (maybe just a tiny bit), they are just throbbing half the time!!  I get it that I work 12 hour shifts on my feet, and I pretty much expect that after a day of work at this point in my pregnancy.  I do not expect them to be like that when I wake up in the morning after a day off work!  I also have horrible plantar fasciitis in my left foot that has just gotten worse throughout the pregnancy.  Hopefully maternity leave will give my feet a nice break and time to heal!!

WTF to getting all of these first trimester symptoms back?? Every time I lay down for bed, I get "morning" sickness and I'm waking up 2-3 times per night to pee. This all leads to a vicious cycle of being SO tired.

On top of that, my office smells like freshly cut grass... my window doesn't even open. WTF.

My mom wanted to throw me a "virtual" housewarming party when DH and I moved into our apartment. I guess she wanted to make up for the fact that I didn't have a bridal shower and my baby shower was really small . . . Of course I said no thanks, because that's weird and it's not like I needed anything.

  • I have a random rash on my arm that showed up as I was working. I sit at a desk...what the hell is this!? I haven't sprayed anything and the only thing I've touched besides my keyboard is an orange and my phone. I'M SO ITCHY!!!!
  • @MamaOwl15 It's a sweet thought but a virtual housewarming party seems more odd than a virtual baby shower, tbh.
  • I am having some of all of your WTF TOO! restless legs, peeing all night, annoying people commenting on anything. Also, WTF to hormones that make you cry uncontrollably for any reason. Yesterday I stubbed my toe on a moving box and it was like the end of the world in my head. Hopefully we will be in the new house on Saturday!
