My last pregnancy I had morning sickness all day every day for 38 weeks. Nothing worked, with the exception of Zofran, however it made me super drowsy and constipated. This time I've been lucky so far, just slight nausea every now and then. I found out that peppermint gum has been doing the trick so far. Every time I get queasy or have an upset belly I pop in a piece of gum and the feeling passes quickly.
I might have found the cure!! If you're comfortable with homeopathic remedies, try Sepia 30c - 2 pellets at a time whenever you start feeling crappy. I still have the slightest hint of nausea 24/7 but I feel like I can function. I've seen it on amazon (or you can find it wherever homeopathic remedies are sold - Vitamin Cottage, Whole Foods, Sprouts,

My first I was sick from 8 weeks till 18 weeks. I lost 10 lbs in that time, it was awful. The only thing that helped me was sour patch kids or, if I was home, lemon ice pops. When I felt a wave I'd shove one in my mouth and it would settle my stomach temporarily. I had no luck with any form of ginger (it actually made me sick) preggy pops, or anything else my doc and friends suggested.
Last time around I had really bad MS, and the only thing I could keep down was sour candy and pizza. Even then it wasn't perfect and I still lost weight. This time the MS is back and I haven't found anything that works. I have overloaded on ginger, I try cold things, hot things, I try to eat small meals, eat a lot of carbs, even drinking too much liquids make me puke. Any other suggestions? Because I don't want to take medication unless I have to.
My Dr recommended b6 & unisom. Take half tab unisom & 50mg b6 before bed. & then b6 in the morning. It has to be unisom tabs, not gel caps. I tried this for the first time tonight & literally feel human again. My ms was horrible 24/7. It's been 3 hours since I took these pills & I haven't felt sick even once. I highly recommend you all try this. Ask your Dr!
Love all the suggestions. I've had success in previous pregnancies with peanut butter crackers, ginger ale, saltines, taking prenatals right before bed and drinking water with lemon. This time around I'm getting really bad heartburn from super early on. My precious pregnancies i didn't get it until later
Zofran! I just got some and it's been a life saver. I missed this entire week of work due to throwing up 15-20 + times a day. I feel like a new person now, if it's made! Ask for it. I am so glad I did.
I'm nauseous all day every day. I've tried a little bit of everything: ginger ale, preggy pops, and sea bands. Honestly, the thing that helps the most is Unisom and B6 at night, I'll take a dose in the daytime too, if my nausea is debilitating. Small frequent meals (like cereal or a bagel) are helping as well.

I was nautious from when I found out I was pregnant at 6 weeks til 7 weeks when I called a doctor who told me to take prenatal vitamin ... I take gummies. I haven't felt so nautious. I like the feeling of being nautious when I'm pregnant because it's suppose to be a good sign. Sometimes though I can't tell if I'm hungry or if I'm nautious.
I try to keep my stomach full all the time with snacks and try the lemon water + ginger beer. Also I've been eating a piece of string cheese before bed - even though my body doesn't want anything. That seems to help.
