Upper abdominal pain

Is it normal to have upper abdominal pain. Im 26 weeks and maybe about an inch above my bellybutton im having a sharp pain and feel sick to my stomach. Any ideas what this could be??

    I Would say it is nothing abnormal. I am at about 25 was and last week had some sharp pains high and low. It went away but I am bringing it up at my appt tomorrow, just in case.

    Aches and pains are normal throughout pregnancy. If you have any serious concerns, you need to call your dr.
