When you are massaging/ pinching every square cm of your breast trying to fill up to the 5oz line,(so it will be a perfect freezer bag size). You are sooo close, you get cocky and go ahead and fill out the paperwork on the bag. You pinch and pinch till you've gone in a full circle. You manage to find the hidden pocket so you freeze, pinching your nail clawed boob in an oblong shape so to not lose that precious milk flow. Then the pump automatically switches from 120 pumps per minute to 40 ppm and you have to remove your hand to turn it back up, or sit there FOREVER.
Re: Who can relate with: First World Pump Issues?
My maternity leave is nearing it's end and i don't get a lotwhen pumping and i barely have the time now so i just know i wont be able to pump day by day i need a big storage! :'(
I hope DD is ready to start solids at 5 and half months! Takes some pressure off my boobs! Lol
I'd love to see how other moms have their milk stores and what their plans are. I've got a pretty decent stash, and I'm hoping I can stop pumping and switch over to my freezer supply when little one is somewhere around 6-9 months.
I have been wondering though, since breast milk "changes" depending on babies age, is it bad for a 6 month baby to be drinking breast milk pumped when he was 2 months? Anyone know?
