That's a hard one. You have a DD too? Care to share her name? I always try to match to the sibling. Until then, my vote would be Thomas or Rockwell. I like Wade a lot, but not with Lewis. Matthew flows really well with Lewis, but isn't my fave. Do what is right for you and DH!
My baby boys name is Nico Sanford Barrios Gomez. Sanford is my grandfathers middle name and Barrios is my husbands grandfathers last name they do not have anyone to carry it on so the two middle names honor our grandparents. I was really close with my grandfather so it was only fit to honor him with my first born son. If our next baby is a girl we will honor our grandmothers lol.
I want to hear what people think about the name we are choosing, but I'm kind of scared! We really like it, so I don't think anyone's opinions will actually change our minds. I think the biggest issue people will have is that it is possibly popular/gaining popularity.

I don't think popularity is a true reason for anyone to dislike a name. Trendy sure but popular because it's a good name nothing to say negatively really.
We haven't decided 100% yet but currently Kai Michael is at the top of our list. What do you guys think? The last name starts with a hard C so that's the only thing holding me back from commiting...it just doesn't flow as well as I'd like it to.

Yeah, I agree with you. We aren't going for any weird spellings either. And we aren't telling family or friends until she is born, then we do have the option to change if it doesn't fit her after we meet her.

I like the name Kai! The two hard-K sounds on either end make nice bookends on the full name. Is your last name more than one syllable? If so, I think Kai C____ will still sound great!
Alright kids I'm going to ask for advice as well. We have three names - Avery, Vivienne, & Emma. Her middle name will be Virginia for his grandmother and aunt. I really like Vivienne the most but would it be weird it have 2 V names? I know she will rarely use her middle name but it still sounds a little weird to me. DH likes all those names but I think he might be leaning towards Avery just a bit.
@MandahGirly I vote Vivienne, mostly because my husband vetoed that name for us and I love the nickname Vivi. Plus, Vivienne Virgina has a lovely flow!
@MandahGirly I like all of those though Vivienne is my fave. I think it is actually ok with Virginia and it does give you some more opportunities for some cute nicknames if like.
I am feeling better about this already! I definitely liked the nicknames for Vivienne A LOT (is there even a nickname for Avery? lol) and Emma is last on the list because it is soooooo popular. It should probably just be taken off. We have a pretty long last name too so I was hesitant about that as well but Vivienne is such a pretty name that I don't care lol
Ok, so I swore to myself I wouldn't do this, but my husband and I can't pick between names. We think we have a top choice, but then we keep going "ughhh we love the other name, too!!" So. Recognizing they may not be for everyone, but we love them:

My daughter's name is Vivienne I think Vivienne sounds best with Virginia. With Avery you end up with a "ver" sound twice, and with Emma both names end in "uh".
We have Elijah Barrett or Ezekiel Barrett for a boy. I prefer Ezekiel because I know a couple other Elijahs. For a girl, Geneivah (Geneva) Pearl. Hubby isn't sold on that one yet, but I'll convince him :P
My baby boys name has been such a sensitive subject for his father & I. He is so dead set on naming him Nico Amalio (last name also ends with a long O)...I'm not having that lol. I like more traditional names so we finally agreed on Nicholas, nico for short. However he's still stuck on Amalio (which I HATE). I like Nicholas James, to me it flows much better than Nicholas Amalio. Any thoughts, opinions, other suggestions for middle name with Nicholas?
Re: It's the baby name thread
Thank you! >:D< Just one thread is quite enough!
Just wanting a little outside opinion on which name sounds best with "Lewis" as the middle name:
Wade Lewis
Thomas Lewis
Matthew Lewis
Rockwell Lewis
Thanks!

THIS!
Vivienne for sure.
Avery is the new Ashley
I'm too curious what people think! Here goes, we are pretty set on Adeline Quinn for baby girl.
ETA: I think alliteration is fine as long as it doesn't start to rhyme too.
Brailey May
Brailey Mae are my choices
DH likes
Braily Mae
Braylee May
Harley Katherine
Parker Jean
