Every Tuesday my mother and I try to go see a movie together. We have $5 movies around here on Tuesdays.
I asked her to pick a movie and she picked Magic Mike.
Has anyone seen it? My mom and I are pretty close but the thought of how uncomfortable I may be with watching it next to her makes me dizzy!

It's a small bitch, I know. I am also having a terrible time with headaches and over sleeping thanks to these tiny humans stealing every bit of energy from me.

I've always had some mild body image issues...so it's tough for me to accept that I will be gaining a lot of weight. I'm almost 16 weeks, and don't feel like I'm showing yet. I'm bloated, but haven't actually gained any weight.

Well... I saw my brother over the weekend, and the first thing he says is "WHOA you are definitely showing!".

I almost punched him.

I'm having some tmi symptoms, nothing to call the doctor about plus I have an appointment tomorrow anyway so not worried, that BF has unfairly attributed to the hot dog I had for lunch today and has banned hot dogs! I'm very unhappy about it.
Additionally, BF had a bad payday this week due to being rained out so there won't be any extra money for my phone, which turns off tomorrow, until next week. I'd never complain to him because it makes since that my bill is the one to be put off, but we don't have home internet as it isn't available in our town and I'm going to miss all you ladies!

My work room is literally 85 degrees right now and I have to run a gigantic pump that puts off a ton of heat. It's so hot, it's making me dizzy and I have to leave the room every hour. Also, at my appt today they said I've lost 2 pounds even though I did nothing but eat all weekend.

Ever since second trimester started I can't stay asleep more than 4 hours before my mind/body just wants to be up and get the day started. I have to kill an hour or two of time eating or bumping it hehe before I can even try to force myself back to bed which doesn't always work, sometimes I just toss and turn until it's time to get up. I don't have time to deal with this crap right now because I don't have 10-11 hours to dedicate to attempting to sleep so I can feel semi normal. Ughhhhh, why body, whyyyyyyy I know you're tired, just go back to sleep!

We are still having the WORST time coming up with boy names

DH doesn't seem concerned and rarely wants to even talk about it but for some reason I really want to at least have a short list of ideas we're considering ... right now we have a few floating around but none of them are on a real list - they're just ones we have said, "Hey how about this?" with a response of, "we can consider it." Blah. I feel like we're never going to come up with a name we really like.

I have two and am so happy someone started this today!

1. I'm upset/jealous. My doctor doesn't like doing too many ultrasounds and I understand why (we still don't know how safe they are and blah blah blah). Well now I hate that I found out so early because I only have 8 & 9 week ultrasounds. They don't even look like a baby is in there. Just a white blob. I go for the anatomy scan in two weeks, so he doesn't want to do any in the meantime. Whatever. I'm just jealous of those of you with full on baby photos and not alien blobs.

2. My sister in law (whom I don't always see eye-to-eye with but overall I do like) just emailed my mother in law and me because she bought tickets to a game in January as Christmas presents for my husband and their dad (she's also going). Ok, no problem. But instead of "hey, about to buy these tickets...is this date a problem for anyone?" She just bought them and then informed us ONLY so we keep the date open. I was actually hoping we had something already planned so she'd learn how marriages and communication work, but it's open. Whatever. Also would've liked at least the courtesy of an invite, but ya know...

I'm knee deep into my own Grey's marathon for the umpteenth time and it's a good part of the season. I may end up breaking something of it stopped working now.

I may actually lose my mind because one of my tenants is driving me insane. He asked for my help getting his liquor license and the hearing is coming up soon… So I have done everything I can and today have requested that he hire a specific attorney. And he tells me that he does not want to hire this attorney because he feels that he has all the votes that he needs.

So last night my FH was nice enough to start a Hulu plus account for us do that I can watch the entire season 2 of The Blacklist. *Sucks teeth* Maaaaan, just like FiOS On Demand, they only have the freaking last 5 episodes! I was so bummed.... on the bright side, Hulu plus has a somewhat extensive anime category. Found some stuff to watch there but I'm sure the no Blacklist was the powers at be telling me to read a damn book.

This might sound really judgmental, but I'm going to put it out there anyway because it makes me so mad. Sister and her loser hubby live in my mother's basement with their two kids. Neither is working and they are trying for baby number 3. There is absolutely no real reason that either one of them cannot work, and there are many jobs in the area and employers are begging for people. My mom will not kick them out because she is concerned for the little ones. Sister and her loser hubby are taking severe advantage of my mother. I know it, the rest of my siblings know it, and my mother knows it. The kicker is that my mother refuses to actually do anything about it which means that I cannot do anything about it. So frustrating!

Before I forget, I was looking at strollers and carriages and shade with a coworker who has a 1 year old. Everything I liked got a reaction of "That's sooooooo much. Just get a Graco." Now I am far from a label whore, and this is what I get for showing people things because, ya know unsolicited advice is always free like the teriyaki chicken samples at the mall and people think you are just going to eat it all up, but bruh.... don't spoil my fun. I totally get everyone had different price points and what not. The way I work, if it is expensive, I will get it myself unless a family member, by blood or marriage, insists on getting it. But I'm all for buying what I WANT for MY BABY.

Yes this was totally stupid, but I am hormonal and moody and was excited lol she damped my blankey! Okay I am done being silly for now. Thanks.

I totally understand your feelings. Don't stress about it too much. When mom is ready, she will get them to leave. Focus on your bun in the oven. As my mom says, no unnecessary stress. Just think about food.

I also need to complain about people who eat dinner after 8 pm!!!! I eat dinner with BFs grandparents 3 to 4 nights a week (BF works nights) and dinner is almost never ready until 8 pm. Everyone else, BF, his grandpa, and myself, has commented on the time to his grandmother who refuses to let anyone else cook and said we like to eat earlier. I sometimes just end up making my own but she gets mad then! I can't win!

Yesss. I love $5 Tuesdays! My mom and I watched it last Friday and it awesome. Definitely better than the first movie. We have a very close relationship so it was more like watching it with a girlfriend. Hope you enjoy it!

DH and I went for a walk on a local trail in flip flops yesterday, we ended up doing the whole trail-three miles and now my feet have blisters!! I knew I should have put my sneakers on, but I didn't think we were going to walk the whole thing. Only have myself to blame for that. To top it off I've been on my feet all day, won't be making that mistake again!

My cousin was sent to prison last week for 4-5 years so my Dad thought it would be a great idea to call the great grandparents and tell them the baby is a girl to get them thinking about something else. My bat shit crazy grandmother didn't miss a beat and responded with "cousin got a good roommate!".

She's is prison grandma, she didn't go to college. Roommate = cell mate

So I've been looking for a job for a while now. I had two job interviews last week one for a job I really really want!!! She seem to really like me a said she would be calling me on Friday with an offer and hopefully I would except. Great I'm thinking I this in the bag. I didn't hear from her on Friday so I emailed to check in. Still haven't heard from her so I called her this morning and left a message. Whyyyyyyy won't she call me???? I did get offered the other job today but I really don't want to take it the pay is lower and I got a really bad impression of the boss who interviewed me. I will take the job because I'm a grown up and need the money but come on lady call me back!!!!

Okay, my bitch for the day....how hard is it to write a check for rent, stick said check in an envelope and address the envelope to be mailed to our landlord?! My BF literally handed everything to me tonight and said "it's time to pay rent." Well no shit sherlock, pick up the dang pen and write it yourself!

Oh, and another one. When I say "don't touch me" I mean do. NOT. touch. me. At all. Don't put your hand on my leg, don't put your foot against my leg so you can fall asleep easier. Get out of my dang bubble! I mean seriously. BF wouldn't stop touching me last night. He had to have his hand on my hip/leg/arm at all times last night and I got like no sleep because his sweaty calloused man hand kept moving!

I am clearly in a mood this evening..
