Pregnancy Discrimination

I started working for A drive up coffee shop around April 20, 2015, and found out I was pregnant about a month or more after. After I had found out I hadn't told my supervisor, manager or boss right away. I started having very severe morning, and that's when I decided it might be the right time to tell them. I told my supervisor who instructed me to tell my manager, so I let both of them know and they didn't seem too upset by the fact. But as of the morning sickness started to get worse, and I ended up having to go straight from work to the Emeragancy room multiple times. My hours slowly went from 5 days a week, to four then down to three. I had messaged, and called my manager numerous times because I couldn't stop throwing up and no one would instruct me on what to do. They wouldn't tell me whether or not I could be fired for closing up the coffee shop to take myself in to be checked on. They didn't send anyone to help me, and multiple customers witnessed me throwing up on the back porch. I had a fellow employee who ran the car wash call my boss to tell him that I was super sick but my boss didn't seem to care. As of now I am off the schedule because of this, and they are apparently "keeping me on as an on call employee" because apparently me being sick has made my an unreliable employee. I need to work. The only reason I missed multiple days was because I was in the Emergency Room twice for dehydration due to the mass amounts of times I had thrown up while working, and no one came to help. I don't know where I stand here. I feel very ashamed, and helpless.

Sorry you are sick but this isn't pregnancy discrimination.  You said you called and messaged your boss numerous times, you either did or asked to close early because you were sick, you had another employee call your boss for you because you were sick, and missed multiple days.  Pregnant or not employers need employees that are reliable.  As of right now you are not reliable and sounds like for the short time you were working there you were complaining or missing that time.  Have you spoke to your OB about your constant sickness and asked for meds? That seems like the logical thing.
