I've noticed that there are many different names or terms (bean, tumor etc) people use to refer to their unborn baby, so I wanted to know what names are you ladies using!?
Poppyseed cause that's how big baby was when we found out I was pregnant. Or some times glub glub because that's what I think the baby would sound like in there if he/she could talk. We're kinda weird. Haha
We call him Bebe even though we had his name picked out since before we knew it was a boy. Some people are hilarious "tumor" "little parasite". Too funny

My husband and I call each other Smoog, which is a noun, a verb, or an adjective. You can be a Smoog, we can smoog each other, or something can be smoogy. It does stand for something, I promise.

We use "sunshine"! We say "our sunshine is (insert number) weeks today" and it's mainly because of the "you are my sunshine" song and the symbolism that the sun means happiness and joy. And I use the iphone emoji to refer to baby most of the time!
We call our 5 yr old goose because she use to always say " you're a silly goose" so we needed another animal name for this one. Before we started trying we had a secret board on Pinterest and I asked my husband what I should name it...he said "baby hippo" so our kids are referred to as goose and baby hippo. Lol I too fear I won't be able to call the baby it's really name and baby hippo will stick! Lol
We've called both our daughter and now this one Munchkin. I worried I wouldn't stop calling our first Munchkin when she was born but a week later had all but forgotten we ever called her anything but her name.
Our last name is Hamilton so I've been calling him or her "Baby Ham." Which has kind of bitten me in the ass because now everyone wants to find pig things for us...
I tell my bf it's HIS child whenever im in pain or don't fell good i just say your child is trying to kill me.... But any other time we call it our lil beebister ( its our nickname for each other)

Haha I do this as well. When ever I cry over something dumb or I don't feel good I tell him that it's his half of the baby. I'm pretty sure it's because I come from divorced parents and when I got in trouble I was always the other ones child. so I guess it's tradition.
Re: Just For Fun!
I heard someone on the boards refer to theirs as "my little parasite" and I thought that was adorable.

I never asked them to! But it does make picking a restaurant easier.
Our baby is known as "biscuit" in our household!
