  I had a miscarriage three months ago and now at six weeks I have had another. I'm so upset but it's comforting to know others are going through the same thing. Not sure what our next steps will be... Just sad.

  I went through 3-4 miscarriages between Feb. 2014-Feb. 2015.  I know exactly how you feel.  Take some time for you, and your doctor may have some ideas when you get back to yourself after vacation.  Heartbreaking, though.  So sorry for your loss.
