Hey ladies! Hope you are all doing well this week! I'm currently on vacation in Montana, so I've been partially off-grid all week. Sad to see we had some more losses this week, keeping you all in my prayers. Here's this week's check-in:
1. How far along today?
2. Appointment updates/upcoming appointments?
3. How are your nerves this week?
4. Have you shared your news with anyone else?
5. One awesome thing that happened this week!
I'll post mine later, we're about to eat lunch!

2. Appointment updates/upcoming appointments?
Just had our 12 week scan on Monday and everything is perfect! I go for a regular visit on Wednesday.
3. How are your nerves this week?
I'm so much more at ease now that we've passed the mark of our previous loss. It's like a giant weight has been lifted.
4. Have you shared your news with anyone else?
We finally felt comfortable with opening the flood gates. We hadn't even told our parents yet. Most were suspicious anyway due to how awful I've been feeling.
5. One awesome thing that happened this week!
Getting surprised with a 4D ultrasound on Monday was pretty damn awesome. Not only is the baby doing great, but I got to see his/her face. I can't stop looking at it.
2. Appointment updates/upcoming appointments? As I posted in a different thread, I had an u/s today due to spotting. Baby is fine, thank goodness, but the placenta is covering my cervix so I can expect bleeding for a few weeks (ugh). My first appt with my OB is next Weds.
3. How are your nerves this week? Better now, but yesterday was rough!
4. Have you shared your news with anyone else? Nope. We will probably tell MH's family around 12 weeks and my family when I start really showing (they're kind of crazy).
5. One awesome thing that happened this week! Getting to see the baby wiggling around today! Best feeling in the world!

12 weeks today!!
2. Appointment updates/upcoming appointments?
Regular appt one week from today.
3. How are your nerves this week?
Feeling pretty good. I know there's no such thing as a 'safe zone,' but we're as safe as we're going to get.
4. Have you shared your news with anyone else?
Pretty much everyone now, except work since I'm applying to a new job in my department. We put down our daycare deposit today, and that's scary. Having happy hour with some friends tonight and looking forward to telling them. We won't do a FB announcement for a while.
5. One awesome thing that happened this week!
Heard the HB via home Doppler last night. I love being able to check in on baby whenever I want or need to ease my mind.

Just keep swimming.
2. Appointment updates/upcoming appointments?
Updated you all last week, but had my first u/S last Wednesday and everything was great! Doc had trouble finding the baby and then was concerned it wasn't in the right spot once she found it, but she finally confirmed it was where it was supposed to be. Scared me to death!!! But it was AMAZING to hear the heartbeat. Huge relief. Next appointment is July 20 and she wants us to get the panorama testing along with our 12 wk u/s
3. How are your nerves this week?
I've been feeling much better since our appt. Of course we're not out of the woods and I think I will just be nervous for the rest of my life with this kid, but I'm not so freaked out/rollercoastering as I was.
4. Have you shared your news with anyone else?
We told our parents and siblings after our appointment, and they were thrilled. We kind of had to tell me family since we were about to leave on this trip with them and I have meds to take and couldn't do white water rafting and other crazy stuff we had planned. No one else will know until 2nd tri.
5. One awesome thing that happened this week!
Vacation! We've been on some gorgeous hikes, even though I'm so out of shape and baby is stealing the rest of my lung capacity right now. Still beautiful! First time in Yellowstone, so definitely enjoying all the beautiful stuff. Also helping to pass the time between now and the next appt!
9w6d!!!
2. Appointment updates/upcoming appointments?
I haven't posted since our last appointment at 7w5d. We had our ultra sound and everything looked perfect! Our dr said she would see us in July at my next appointment.
3. How are your nerves this week?
Ok, everything is starting to feel really real! My nauseousness has gone away which makes me nervous. But my boobs are still sore and I am super tired. I am starting to feel pregnant and that is exciting. I just am always worried...I am not sure I will ever really relax.
4. Have you shared your news with anyone else?
We have started to tell more of our friends. My parents and sister and brother in law know. We will tell my husband's family next weekend at his mom's 50th bday party. I think I am going to have my DS wear a big brother shirt. The only problem is then the entire family, aunts, uncles everyone will know. But i think we are ready.
5. One awesome thing that happened this week!
I only have to work 4 days this week and next! We were planning a trip to MI, but we have a farm and with all the rain we have been having we have been very far behind on hay. So my husband and I both decided to still take tomorrow off. Woot! If the weather stays nice maybe we will take the boat out for a little bit.
1. How far along today? 11w 3 d (but baby has been measuring 2 days ahead at every u/s
2. Appointment updates/upcoming appointments? Passed our 10w milestone with a Doppler scare (dr couldn't find HB- then told me I "had a lot to listen through"... Rude but not untrue I guess. That's what I get for having a to the point straightforward Dr. I do love her. Hubby and I got a good laugh out of that one). We went in for an u/s and saw our little turtle with a strong HB and felt instant relief through many tears. Our next appt is for July 8.
3. How are your nerves this week? Even though all looked well at our 10w, I'm worried every day. I contemplated buying a Doppler but if my doc can't find the HB, what are my chances??! So we're holding off. Doing a lot of praying and positive thinking. Even bought baby a book! (For us PGALs, if you're looking for a sweet interpretation of what the journey is like to starting a family, I recommend this book. It's called "Wish" by Matthew Cordell).
4. Have you shared your news with anyone else? We told both our parents on Father's Day. Lots of happy tears. They knew of our previous loss and are so excited for us to have opened up to them. Told my brother/SIL when we had a golfing day/movie day on Tuesday. They've had a loss, too and we had really leaned on them after ours. Felt good to let it out.
5. One awesome thing that happened this week! An amazing golf date with family (I was so tired afterward)! And Father's Day was pretty spectacular too!! Looking forward to a family vacation next week to Oregon/Washington/Vancouver!!
1. By LMP, I should be 11 weeks today, but based off last US, I am 10w4d.
2. No recent appointments, and my next one isn't for another two weeks (ugh).
3. Nerves are good! I have my moments, but overall, I've been really calm this whole pregnancy.
4. Still haven't told anyone (except two people at work that I had to tell). My sister guessed right away (she noticed my big ol' boobies), but she's kept the secret and is the only family member who knows. We're planning on telling family after our 12 week scan. I don't know why we're waiting so long. We're both REALLY close with our families. I think I just have this irrational fear that if I tell them, something will go wrong. I started spotting the day I told family last time around, so...
5. The awesome thing hasn't happened yet, but it SHOULD happen tomorrow. DH and I are closing on our new home. Yay!!!!
2. Appointment updates/upcoming appointments? My last appointment was a week and a half ago when I freaked out because I didn't feel pregnant. Everything looked good. My next scheduled appointment is on Tuesday. It is not with my normal doctor, but I have heard good things about the doctor it is with. I am hoping she will listen for the heartbeat with the doppler. If not, I don't know how I will go another 4 weeks without hearing or seeing the little bean.
3. How are your nerves this week? They are on high alert. My first MMC the baby stopped developing in the middle of week 9. I am trying to keep the negative thoughts out of my head, but it is very hard. I have been crampy this afternoon and that is kind of worrying me. I keep reminding myself that I am not bleeding, so that means I am still pregnant right now.
4. Have you shared your news with anyone else? No one new since the last check-in. My mom is going to see my aunts and uncles this weekend, so she will share the news. I am a little scared that she will share the news and then we will find something wrong at our appointment next Tuesday.
5. One awesome thing that happened this week! I got a new vehicle! We traded in my 13 year old Toyota Corolla for a brand new Toyota Rav 4! I wouldn't have been able to get 2 car seats in the back of the Corolla, so we knew we needed something bigger. I absolutely love it, even thought I had a bit of a break down cleaning out my old car for the last time.

2. I had my NT scan on Monday. I have a regular ob check up Wednesday.
3. They've calmed down a lot.
4. Just our parents and my job. This week at 13 weeks I will be telling my son. We are visiting my in laws and he will inevitably see the crib they bought us... so it's time. Although I wish I could hide it longer.
5. My spotting stopped!!!

DD 12/20/99, DS 12/14/12, M/C 9/2014, M/C 1/2015
1. How far along today? 11weeks 6days
2. Appointment updates/upcoming appointments? 12 week physical next Wednesday and then have the 16 and 20week check & scan on the books. Their availability has been atrocious so I am glad I won't have to wait too long on those!
3. How are your nerves this week? Fantastic. We finally got to see baby on Tuesday (complete with strong HB and lots of wiggling) and we both just felt a huge weight get lifted off our shoulders. Definitely started crying as soon as I saw there was more than an empty sac and then the HB was just music. I think such a healthy baby and positive response from the Tech & midwife has really put me at ease and is allowing me to forgive my body and enjoy this pregnancy.
4. Have you shared your news with anyone else? Since we got the good news my Dr said everything looked perfect and was measuring on track we told my dad, he had pretty much assumed I was since I stopped drinking but was still very happy! Now we are going to enjoy a couple weeks of low anxiety and start telling people as it feels right.
5. One awesome thing that happened this week: obviously seeing and hearing baby was the highlight of my week/month/year so far BUT I missed last week due to some other good news so I'll share that: we were able to close on our house a few days early, paint and move in a day early, and I enjoyed taking a few days off this week to unpack at a nice pace. Added perk that I have been feeling some increased energy this week!
Since I just love looking at this and other pics so much I'm going to include my surprise 3d u/s!
Married: 2012
BFP #1 Sept 2014, MMC Dec 2014 | BFP #2 May 2015, DD Jan 2016
1) I'm 10 weeks 3 days.
2) my nerves suck. Lots of back pain. My symptoms are getting better but that's scary too. Our loss was at 11 weeks so I'm holding my breath. My next appt is the 7th. My DD who is 22 months broke her arm today so its been emotional.
4) good thing.....um we leave for vacation on Monday. With a toddler in a cast...
2. Appointment updates/upcoming appointments? My next appointment is June 30!
3. How are your nerves this week? They were doing great until I got a stomach bug last night. Miserable! I'm trying not to be worried since I have an appointment right around the corner.
4. Have you shared your news with anyone else? Parents and one coworker
5. One awesome thing that happened this week! Well it hasn't happened yet, but this weekend we're going to a small comic con, and I'm doing a cosplay as female Captain America on Saturday and Velma from Scooby-Doo on Sunday. Just going to keep my corset loose for Captain America.

A/S 09/02/15 It's a Girl!! Low placenta, but everything else great!
2. Appointment updates/upcoming appointments? My next appointment is July 13th. I had several appointments early due to previous loss, SCH, and now normal checks. I am considered "normal" now!
3. How are your nerves this week? They are mostly up now that I have seen a solid heartbeat and growth each time! I was a bit nervous once as the development was five days behind (three of which were late ovulation) but the heartbeat is around 174.
4. Have you shared your news with anyone else? Family (my mouthy MIL decided to tell everyone when we ask her not to) and very close friends.
5. One awesome thing that happened this week! I am going to the big city (down from the mountains) to look for clothes that might suit my changing body.
2. We had our NT scan and it went great. During our NT scan last year is when I found out that we had lost the baby. So we are past both MC milestones.
3. Lots of relief after our NT scan. I finally feel like we can be totally open about the baby (talking about it & planning) instead of holding back because of being scared.
4. I told my boss. We are telling my family (mom, dad, and sister know already) next Thursday. I'm so excited to tell my nieces/nephews. They have been so hopeful about me having a baby. They have been through both aunts miscarrying the last 18 months, and we are now both pregnant.
5. We got a new AC unit installed today. Our old one was a mess. So relived about that.
Have a great week mamas!!

2. I have an ultrasound and dr appt on June 30, when I will be 13 weeks
3. My nerves are up and down. We lost our baby between 13 and 14 weeks last time, so this ultrasound is scary for me.
4. Yes. Close friends and all our family know. We told our kids last night and they are so excited for twins. Now I'm super anxious that something's going to happen, I don't want the kids to be hurt again.
5. I borrowed a Doppler from a friend and have heard the heartbeats several times this week
10 wks 3 days
2. Appointment updates/upcoming appointments?
Had first pelvic this week, midwife was awesome and said things look great, heard heartbeat (174) we talked a lot about getting my diet back on check bc I went from very clean eating to carb-a-holic.
Have US on 7/9.
This new practice is much different than my last, and I am pleasantly surprised.
3. How are your nerves this week? Got a little panicky until they found the heartbeat but overall good and trying to be positive.
4. Have you shared your news with anyone else? Not a soul- except husband
5. One awesome thing that happened this week! Last day of school-hello summer (I'm a teacher)
9w5d
2. Appointment updates/upcoming appointments?
Had my 9 week 3d appt on Thursday. Saw the baby wiggle for the first time!
3. How are your nerves this week?
Stressful. On Monday (9w) I started to bleed alot.. Bright Red blood. It reminded me of when I started miscArrying my last one. I miscarried starting at 9 weeks last time too so I was so scared but oddly jaded. We did a u/s that day and found out I have subchorionic hemorrhage. The baby was fine though! On the u/s the obgyn even happen to stop it so that if you looked closely, the baby was giving us a thumbs up lol! I spotted a little this week but was told that was expected until the sch resolves.
4. Have you shared your news with anyone else?
I've shared it with our family and close friends. We already agreed not to share on social media for respect of those who are still ttc or have had miscarriages.
5. One awesome thing that happened this week!
My nausea and vomiting decreased from 7-11 times a day to 2 times a day!
