I've put pillows in all the baby things so the cat can't sit in them, but he finds a way. And Ezra, the dog, doesn't understand why she can't sit in the glider with me.
My mau cat Hanzo and Dobie Draco, both owner surrenders from the vet clinic I work for, for being too much to handle. No idea why either of them were trouble, my toddler can do anything to either one.
lol @westypet this was only her second time in the pool too! The first try was on memorial day. She seemed to hate the water and wanted nothing of it. This time it took her a few mins of splashing around and then she found the float and looked like she fell in love! Luna was barking at any one else who tried to use her float. Such a diva. DH and I will need to spend a lot of our leave hanging out at his parents house so the dog is entertained and not sad while we're a little distracted with the baby.

Our puppy is getting enormous, he gains practically a pound a day! And he is the baby's bodyguard, he is always where she is.
You are a brave brave woman getting a German shepherd puppy with a new baby lol. Mine is 3 now and we can finally keep her out when we're gone. She was AWFUL as a puppy. Came home from work one day and she had let herself out of her kennel and destroyed my home. I eventually had her professionally trained. Love her to death and will always have a GSD but oh man puppy phase near killed me!! Yours is cute as can be

He's actually way better behaved than I ever expected a puppy to be. He potty trained pretty quick even though he has to go out frequently still. He doesn't destroy the house but I also don't leave him out unattended for anything longer than a shower. He's crated for bed and when we are at work and crate trained beautifully. My biggest complaint is he gets rough with my older DD, and he gets mouthy, which I know are all part of being a puppy. He's almost 3 months old now!
