Help naming BBG triplets

Hi all! My husband and I are starting to consolidate and narrow down our name list for our triplets coming this fall, but we could use some help. We will be having two boys and one girl. We think one boy will be relatively chill but still active, while the other will be a touch smaller and a little fireball, and we'd like something to reflect those personalities. We'd also like the girl to have a name that reflects strength but is still feminine. The only name we know for sure we want to include is William (it's a family name), but here are some of the others (by syllable) we're considering. We would love help with suggestions for different combinations (we're also open to others not on the list that would flow well). Thanks!

Boys:
Brock, Bryce, Chase, Grant, Beckett , Carter, Coleson, Ethan, Hudson, Mitchell, Ryker, William, Avery

Girl:
Blair, Shea, Emma, Harper, Kaylen, Abigail, Addison, Avery, Emery, Makea, Mckenna

  • Carter, Grant, and Emma or Bryce, Grant, and Emma are my favorite sets. I like Abigail too, but don't think it flows as well with the others.

The boys list is great, but I'm not crazy about a lot of the girl names. Instead of Emery or Avery, what about Audrey?
  • William, mitchell and Ethan are my favourites from the boy list. The only ones that really say 'feminine' to me are Abigail and Emma.
Fwiw I think Mitchell, William and Abigail sound nice together.
  • Grant, William, and Ethan are the only boy names I can get behind.

Emma and Abigail are the only girl name from your list I like.
  • I like Brock, Grant, Emma together or
    Mitchel, William, Abigail.
  • Ryker is bad, like really really bad. I actually like Bryce, it's a normal name that you don't hear a lot. William, Grant and Ethan are solid choices too. I don't really care for the other boy names but I wouldn't hate them in the middle name spot.

As for the girl names the only two I like are Emma and Abigail. The others feel so trendy. Shea and Blair would be ok as middle names. Suggestions:

    Boys:
    Benjamin (instead of Beckett)
    Cole (instead of Coleson)
    Nathan (instead of Hudson)
    Bradley (instead of Avery)

    Girls:
    Alison (instead of Addison)
Michaela (instead of Mckea and McKenna)
Kathleen or Katherine (instead of Kaylen)

William, Benjamin and Alison would be awesome. Will, Ben and Alli would be super cute on triplet babies.

I like Grant and Ryker for the boys. And Avery for the girl :)

I agree with pper about giving your daughter a feminine name. I think it would help her maintain some autonomy. Out of your choices I like Emma and Abigail.

For the boys I like Bryce, Ethan, William
  • William, Grant, and Abigail

  • William, Grant, and Emma
    William, Ethan and Abigail
    William, Mitchell and Emma
  • I like Carter, Grant, and Emma or Carter, Ethan, and Abigail.

    William Carter

Emma and Abigail are the only girl name from your list I like.

  • Thanks for the feedback everyone! Emma and Ethan were definitely at the top of the list for us as well. I guess our only hesitation was that they would have the same name as 10 other kids in their classes growing up; we also don't want them to be an 'Apple' or 'Fifi Trixibelle' ;p

Lose Brock, Bryce, Beckett, Carter, Coleson, and Ryker for boys, and Shea, Harper, Kaylen, Addison, Avery, Emery, Makea, and McKenna for girls. All trendy or made up or misgendered.

I think Grant, Ethan, and Abigail would make a good sibset. I prefer William as a middle name.
These are my favorites as well. They are all strong names with substance. Congratulations on triplets!

No overlap of similar nicknames and I agree with the girls name needing to leave no questions

  • William, Mitchell and Abigail (Will, Mitch and Abi I love)
  • William, Mitchell and Abigail (Will, Mitch and Abi I love)

Those are the 3 I picked for that reason...Will, Mitch, Abi!!
  • I like:

    WillIiam, Carter/Grant, and Emma
    William, Carter/Grant and Abigail
    William, Carter/Grant and Blair

Please don't name your boy Avery. Though people say it's a boy's name the only Avery kids I know are all girls. Not a fan of Ryker or Coleson (sounds made up) and Mitchell sounds really old school (not in a good way). The rest are great boys' names. For girls not a fan of Kaylen, Makea, Shea, Emery or McKenna. Addison and Avery are cute but very popular - same w/Harper. Love Blair (this is what I was going to name DD if we had one...but we're having another boy!) and I already have a Carter (boy). I like Grant for a boy too and think both go great with William.

Ditto all of this. I'm not a fan of your girl list. Sorry. :(

I think Ethan, Grant, and Abigail make a good sibset. Emma is great but pretty common and I don't like the idea of two E names.

Other suggestions: Brynn, Paige, Brooke or Drake, Cole, Reid.
