If anyone is interested I made a young mothers group in the forums

If anyone has any worries/fears, questions, exciting news, gossip, needs to rant, just wants someone to talk to, needs advice, or opinions, tips on how to tell parents and family, relationship talk, friendship drama, pregnancy related or not. Feel free to join and talk. I can't promise no judgement but you won't get judged by me and I'm always here for anything that anyone needs, advice, a friend, tips or just passing time.

I'm not an expert on anything, I'm 20 years old and 5 weeks away from meeting my first baby, I fell pregnant when I was still 19. I'm here to talk if anyone needs it.

Thanks for starting the thread.

I am 23 and a first time mom too. Luckily my mom was supportive and my BF has been very happy and very supportive, but I know that is not always how it works. I am 17 weeks and not showing much yet, which I am glad for as I still have to tell some of my more judgmental family members... I always thought I had everything planned out: finish my tertiary education, get married and then start a family. I don't for one second regret anything, and am falling more in love with my little bundle every day but I often worry if I will be a good mom.

Anyway, are you having a little boy or a little girl? How are the final stages of pregnancy treating you?

I'm also 19 with my husband being 22. We got married last August when we were 18 and 21 and now we're expecting our first on Sept. 28!

Hey everyone

I'm 19 (20 in a month!) and my boyfriend is 25. We're expecting our first in December. I'm a little nervous, because he doesn't know what to expect and I feel kind of young. But we both have so much support that I know we can do it.

I'm 19, birthday is a month after my little girl will be born! She's due October 11

My fiance is 21 we are getting married in August. I wouldn't change anything we've only gotten closer since I've been expecting. I love him so much I couldn't have asked for a better partner to experience this with. He cleans for me & changes the litter box even though he hates it haha. He says it's preparing him for all the nasty diapers he's gonna be changing! I'm so proud of him

I agree! Re: support instead of criticism. I've seen so much abuse and judgement on a couple of the boards and I find it really, really disheartening. Congrats to you! Enjoy!

I'm 22 and my fiance is 28, we are 13 weeks along with our first baby:) our families are both very excited, for my parents this is their first grandchild, and ironically for my grandparents this is their 4th great grandchild! We are so happy and excited for our baby to get here even though we've got a ways to go!
