Whoa whoa whoa. Let's not drag my home state into this! Minnesota Nice is totally a thing, dont cha know! haha
Idk, I hear it's a front...y'all are secretly a bunch of snotty witches plotting world destruction via tearing unsuspecting expectant mothers apart in online forums, admit it! :-w We've got our eyes on you....
Holy cow I am so sorry I missed this! @mellymar that Rambo cat on a pessimistic unicorn has got to be the new mascot. =D> I'm not worthy of such quality gifing!

OP: Yes. No. Maybe So (jolly, rocky, pepper.. For all you skipping fanatics)
As for the Minnesota nice stuff. Everyone knows we Canadians have the market cornered on niceness... Sorry, but Good try 'merica.
Thanks!
Is that a real stereotype for Canada? My only experience with you guys always includes you mocking the U.S. (which is fair) and trying just a little too hard to be sure everyone knows you're from Canadia, not from the U.S. (again, fair enough; example: Maple Leaf sewn onto every. Canadian. Traveler's. Suitcase.).
Not trying to start anything, just want to be sure I have my stereotypes in order ;-) I'm from a farm in the Midwest, so we can mock me next if I've offended anyone.
Late to the party.

Have you watched How I Met Your Mother? I love the episodes where they go to Canada or discuss Canada and how nice everyone is (like if you bump into someone, a Canadian is more likely to apologize rather than the person who wasnt paying attention and walked into someone) Also, if you havent seen How I met Your mother, get netflix asap and please watch it. It's for your own good
@karaelaine1991 really didn't like the way it ended. I feel like they could have ended the show with him FINALLY talking to the mother (ive already forgotten her name) and not gone into all the drama that followed with Robin. Because i love every other thing about the show, i've forgiven the writers and will still rank it among my top 5 fave shows of all time
@Mommaswizz ahh my feelings exactly!! Seriously one of the best shows ever. Also I'm convinced my husband is the real life Marshall. It's WEIRD how much they have in common and how similar they act!
I love Marshmallow!!! He's the absolute best character on the show. *Shameless gloat* I shared an elevator with him one day at work about 2-3 years ago. I was so star struck i couldnt say a word. He was humming!! I felt like i wanted to break into one of his HIMYM jams. A bang-bang-a-bangity-bang lol

THAT IS PERFECT!!! I'm so, so jealous. I would looooove to meet him in real life, he seems like such a fun guy!

Haha. Yep, I believe it is an actual stereotype. However, being from Canada, I know a lot of a-holes from here, and a lot of lovely people from other parts of the globe! So it's definitely not all encompassing.
I'm from a farm in Southwestern Ontario! Dairy cows represent!
Also HIMYM, definitely one of the best shows of all time!
Depends on where in Canada you are. In the smaller towns people are a bit nicer, but in Toronto and other big cities like I'm in there are just as many assholes. Although we do love carrying maple leafs around on everything when we travel.
I'm in New England where snarky and sarcastic are normal personality traits
Yep, from New England and you have us nailed. Hey, at least we are honest. Living in MN now for 12 years and I still can't decide if its real or they are just all amazing at faking nice 100% of the time. Talk about a recipe for paranoia. Let's all just keep being honest and mean please.
@valeriemarie24 and @mccall35 said it perfectly ... definitely a stereotype that all Canadians are nice. I have experienced bouncing someone and they apologized but I have also been on the receiving end of more crap in Canada than it is pleasant to share.
Lol I'm a New Yorker... And everyone knows we're never nice )
In one of my favorite book series, one of the main characters says of NY attitudes - "hey, could you tell me how to get to City Hall? Or should I just go F myself?" Makes me laugh every time. Tho after living there for 4 years I don't think its *quite* that bad (I still remember people helping me navigate the subways when I was a noob) but it *does* capture the spirit of it
@mellymar that's an amazing quote!! New Yorkers have such a bad rep but we're a pretty nice breed, except at 9 months pregnant and reading dilation threads hahahahahaha
Re: 34 weeks- Could my little man be trying to make an early appearance?
2nd round exp 8/20/18.
At least they are in mine \m/
A girl from my softball team is the realest Minnesota nice you could imagine. Srsly.
Actually, we need to ask RAMBO Cat.
