LO won't latch all of a sudden?

My LO is eight days old and as of yesterday all of a sudden won't latch right away like she used to. Instead of latching right away she plays or just puts a little bit in her mouth and doesn't suck. Then she starts getting fussy because she's hungry, but she won't latch! She will after a while, but after doing fine for a week I'm just wondering if this is normal behavior.
