This is my third pregnancy and I feel like I'm already showing. It's been 6 years since my last child so I have forgotten like- EVERYTHING! Does anyone else feel like they're already showing?
Omg yes! Im 9weeka and 5 days. At first I thought i was showing but it was just bloat... It went down but now I'm definitely showing.. 3rd pregnancy but 1st was a misscarage.. I started to show early with my son and guessing this time is the same
This is my first pregnancy and I'm 9 weeks and 1 day and have noticed a small bump. They say that you start showing sooner after your first pregnancy so I wouldn't be surprised if you're showing (prob more than me)!
I'm 9weeks 5days and I'm defs showing.. I thought i was earlier but it was bloat and went away.. This is my 3rd pregnancy but first was a M.c I was showing at 12weeks with my son and was obvious, I got big really fast.. Once you have had a baby, your uterus will not return to its previous size. This gives the uterus a head start in growing during the next pregnancy. Many second-time mothers will show about a month sooner than they did the first time around.
Bloating...your uterus isn't out of pelvic bone area yet so it is just bloat for now. Your close though...12-13 weeks it pops up from behind the pubic bone and then you will start showing "baby"
I'm fat but I'm also showing. Or maybe I'm just not sucking it in anymore lol I look like I'm 7 months pregnant. Lol but it hurts to suck it in so I'm just going with it. I'm 10 weeks 2 days.
There has been a lot of posts about this. Even in the last few days, which would make them relevant, so if you use the search function you will be able to find a lot more information about this. It is true that you might show much earlier than with the first pregnancy, especially if you are extremely petite. However, as you'll see in other posts… The likelihood is that what you are seeing is bloat. I have not had a pregnancy go full-term, but I have had four exploratory laparotomies and resections where they have left 12" scars both horizontally and vertically on my abdomen. Cutting the abdominal walls makes it look like you're showing, the same way as having had multiple previous pregnancies. However, this is due to distention. Not a baby bump in most cases especially with single babies at nine weeks.
Despite that, sooner than later that bloat will turn into a full-fledged baby bump and congratulations! It is still beautiful weather it is bloat or a bump!
I'm 11 weeks and 2d and already in maternity pants. It's all bloat though!! Although now my work and friends know so I just don't have to suck it in. Looking forward to getting a real bump soon!! My friend at work gave my belly a rub today and said hi to Beasty. I just laughed and said thanks for rubbing my gas around.
All bodies and women are different some moms do show sooner then others.! It's not always bloat this my 6th pregnancy this is not gas im I know I'm showing..!
How can you tell between bloat and bump? I am very skeptical in saying I am showing, but I am only 120 pounds and I had a flat stomach before I was pregnant. My "bump" is below my belly button. It's very teeny tiny, I just can't bloat from bump.
@BethP321 my friend, who is a doula, said that your uterus is up at your belly button usually by 20 weeks. It starts emerging from behind your pubic bone around 12-13 weeks. If you start at bey button and start walking your fingers down, you can feel for what seems like a small rubber ball which is the top of your uterus. I'm a FTM so I'm learning all of this too.
Your uterus is halfway between your pubic symphysis and belly button at 16 weeks. Right now your uterus is very very very low in your abdomen. For most of us it's bloat because our uterus Truly isn't physically large enough to be causing a protrusion, for people with a large amount of pregnancies it is possible their uterus started out a little larger and for really thin people things may be moving around earlier who knows. I'm just fat that's all I've got right now and I'm cool with it

I am the same way girl! My body is like a windows pc..Someone definitely checked the "do this everytime" box. I am definitely already showing and wearing maternity pants. I feel silly but it is what it is.
Im 12 weeks and am starting to show. This is my third pregnancy though and on each pevious pregnancy my uterus always measured 4 weeks larger than dates. Everybody is different though, and you no your body better than anyone or any book so embrace the bump \:D/
I like to think that even if it's just bloat, you can still call it "showing." If baby wasn't there, neither would the bloat. Plus, things are starting to move and shift in there even if it's. It all baby at this point. People are actually starting to notice my belly and I'm only 10w3d (with #2). It's all chub, but there's no sucking it in anymore!

I am nine weeks tomorrow and you can definitely tell. I used to have the flattest stomach now it's huge and I'm so uncomfortable in my clothes as all my shirts are so tight and forget buttoning my pants. I feel like it's too early for maternity clothes but yet I'm so uncomfortable. Not sure what to do.
